[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — delay in delivery of lpg gas

Mrs Sunandan Gas Agences, Borwali (West) is nt responding to the phone calls made thousand times in last two days on Ph.28905863/28908704. This phone lines are either busy or ringing continuously. That means this officals talking to there friends, relatives etc. for personal work and whenever the ringing tone is coming the are nt lifting the receiver expecting the call from the customer.Please stop this harrasment.

Bharat gas LPG — Very very rude & extremely arrogant customer service

My cons. no. is 27448 with distributor Ms Sowmiya Traders, 4, Market Complex, Venkateshwara Agraharam, Mylapore, Chennai 600004 . I have been a customer at this distributor's outlet since 1985 except for a brief period when I was transferred to Coimbatore & transferred my connection to the dealer there.
I wish to complain about the extremely disgusting and rude behaviour of one of the counter staff by name Ms Gita Gnanakumar.
Her rude manners is extended to both young & old, educated & uneducated alike.Employees such as these who do not know the basics of customer relations shd be sent home.

when i want to book my refilling gas gas i am facing problum evry time i have 3 phone no but they cant recive the calls when iam calling some time its busy when iam continues ring they cant lift what can i do sir can u sugess me can i go to customor forum to compleate to agency name

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 16909 in the name of Bhumi Ram on dt. 26/5/2008 but till today on 29/08/2008 I have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor Shamji Enterprises Vasant Kunj, New Delhi Staff of the Shamji Enterprises saying that after 5-6 days they will despatch us.

We are the customer of Shamji Enterprises Vasant Kunj, New Delhi from Dec-2007 (09 months) but it seems that Shamji Enterprises has made the schedule of delivery minimum in 05 days.

They are extremely rude and show a careless attitude.

Please advice whats the next step.

I have booked for reffilling a cylander on 14/08/2008 but till date I have not received. Every month I am facing this bad situation.
Some body can help or not, otherwise I will go to the consumer court for complaint. I will take judgement by court.

Bharat Gas — NEVER DELEVER AT RESIDENC

SIR MY CONSUMER NO. IS 14804 ANK BOOK NO. 63564 FROM DISTT. RAMPUR (U.P) UR COMPANY GAS NEVER REACH ME ALTHOUGH I HAVE NOTICE TO UR DISTRIBUTOR MY ADDRESS MANY TIMES BUT HE COULD NOT GIVE ANY RESPONSE YET I HAVE ALWAYS PICK THE GAS FROM THERE GODAM. AND I HAVE MANY PROBLEMS IN THESE TIMES

I am not able to reach distributor numer. I have recently transferred my gas connection to 'Mahalakshmi Enterprise' HAL 2nd stage. They have given few number to reach for refilling gas. I have trying to reach their number for last 3days; either the number is busy nor not picking up the call.

Please check this. Worst customer service i have ever faced in my life time.

Sir you are absolutely right, I am also going through the same pain. Was trying to reach Madam Enetrproses(Bharat Gas), Madiwala-Bangalore for 2 weeks. At least I must have tried 200 times on the following numbers[protected]/2563 5984/2563 5983/2563 5982. Either it will keep on ringing or always busy. then I went and personally booked cylinder refil. Its 15 days still I have not got cylinder, dailey I am calling them and getting answer tomorrow. Where to complain ? Seems no one to listen here.
Spoke to some of the friends and found that this is common problem across. "Welcome to India".
Anyone to help me here...

LPG Gas — Not booking my gas and black my gas

When I am booking my LPG gas cylinder they till me that they already delivered my cylinder whenever I am not booking my cylinder early and not received by me. Every time they black my cylinder. This time I am book my cylinder on[protected] but they did not book my cylinder and not delivered till today. When I am call to him they tell me that they sent my cylinder today and toady. They did not answer properly.

I book gas at Bangalore Gas Agency and everytime they don't have cylinders and delay it by 15-20 days. This is very pathetic service as there was no extra cylinder and have to suffer. I don't know why they serve in this sector. More annoying is that all the contacts, feedback links and phone are NOT working...

Dear Sir,

It should be brought to your notice that we have been calling the gas agency to book a gas, for n number of times and there is no response from their end. It is shocking to see such behaviour from such a well known gas agency. As there is no response to take the booking, we are facing a lot of problem without the cooking gas. Hope something is done at the earliest, with regards to the same

Sub: Complaint for Virat Enterprises Gas Agency


Dear sir,

This is Rajesh my Gas connection number is P12733, agency name is Virat Enterprises.
I have been calling to Virat Enterprises since[protected], their phone numbers are 22569999, 22568363, 3201699 but their phones are going busy. This is not the first time, . It is their regular response I am getting from the agency. I personally visited the agency dated[protected] and they have given me booking no.185, but I did not receive any positive response till the time. One more thing I would like to brink in focus that employee of agency did not mention the date on which we register our booking, they update the register booking list when the delivery is made.
Kindly help me as soon as possible.

Anita Gas Service — Delivery of gas cylinder as per request

I am Shilpa here and residing at Virar (West) would like to complain and also request to kindly look into the matter. As there would be many customers who are using bharat cooking gas and this help from your side would be highly appreciated.

Regarding cooking gas Anita Gas Service which was previoiusly open on Sunday was useful for people where both are working and nobody is available to receive the cylinder at home and Now that when you book your cylinder we had given letter wherein we would be able to available at home on Sunday and receive the cylinder.

Now while giving fresh booking for cylinder they are saying that they are closed on Sunday and to make our own arrangements. Please tell us how can we since we are working in a private limited firm and unable to adjust our work timing.

Request you to please take action on this matter and it would be useful for many of working people

Dear sir,

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. G30069 in the name of Sarojini on dt. 17/09/2008 but till today on 29/08/2008 I have not recieved the cylinder yet.

I have been calling to Golen Gas Agency, Peelamedu since[protected], their phone numbers are[protected],[protected] but their phones are going busy. This is not the first time, . It is their regular response I am getting from the agency.

They not delivering to right time, it's very very difficult for me i have a kid and i am working also how to maintain? every month problem for me because of LPG Gas

Kindly help me as soon as possible.

Bharat Gas — delivery complaint

I consumer no 9619 of Seena Gas Angamaly Kerala booked for gas on 4.10.2008 along with my brother consumer no 9042 but was given only one cylinder on 10.10.2008 stating the reason, shortage of cylinder.On my personal enquiry I was told I had to wait upto 18.10.2008. When I asked for complaint book I was given a note book without page number or entry number and was told I will have to withdraw the complaint on delivery of the cylinder or else no cylinder will be delivered hereafter. I had registered a complaint to Mr.Rakesh sales officer over his mobile [protected] and enquired about getting delivery of cylinder at my residence before 9.30 am or after 5.30pm.so that I shall not trouble my parents who are aged and ailing.My residence is just 2 km from the Seena gas office.
Please look into the mattter and make some arrangments for delivery in the morning before 9.30am or after 5.30 pm. as i and my wife has to attend office.

We have been waiting for new connections from 6 months and in august we have applied for new Gas connection and now the connection is confirmed but they are asking us to pay 5000 RS/- to give that connection. They are providing Gas Cylinder, regulator and Gas stove Why somuch of money we have to pay to take new connection. To confirm about the connection we used to go to the agency every week.Is the Amount 5000 is worth paying.

I Think Bharat Gas distributors has gone made. Their centre phone are always busy especially Anand Bharat Gas Agency at Badarpur. It keep it phone busy or it pick up the receiver and keep it on table and they are busy in their own personal work whether the consumer will is going or not. I have been busy from last two days and have spent about 100 rupees on calling.
