I have been calling the distributor Shri Krishna Gas Service , Mayur Vihar,Mathura Staff of the Shri Krishna Gas Service saying that after 1-2 days they will despatch us. Please N.A. action .

sir, we had booked our gas-cylinder for home dilivery on 20.05.09 at custmer no.24247 (i booked this ph. no.[protected] the delvery has not taken place despite our daily reminders till date 03.06.09
i am not getting the cylinder in time. My agency is Keerthi Gas Agency, Opp Collectorate PO, Kottayam. They are deliberately making problem. If any one can take action please do the needful.

Iam a resident of visakhapatnam, I had booked a gas cylinder from baskar enterprises branch 671818 codeakkayyapalem visakhapatnam 29/03/2008 they promised me to give a spare with in 90 days so I had to go for the cylinder with all the extras like stow and all, time has passed already 15 months, we r suffering with a big family by mannaging to get from other houses, try to help us, and we shall be thankfull to you sir, my consumer no is 40025 kindly see that spare to be issued, i had several times made a request, but no response, kindly

pratap jyoti gas agency/lpg gas — delay of Gas cyliender,because distribute in black market

Dear Sir,
I Sita Ram Verma having Bharat Gas connection no. 3205 with Pratap Jyoti Gas Agency.B-27, sector - 1, Rohini, New Delhi - 110085.Last time I booked cylinder a month ago, but still waiting for delivery.When I tried to contact the agency telephonically, But I was not properly attended to by the agency even person attending the phone asked me to complain against her anywhere if I desire.
This attitude of the agency with thier customer is self explanatory of working of the agency alittle This time my complaint is not attendent to, I have no opetion but to approach consumer court for justic.I want result as soon as possible and reply me.

Bharat Gas ; Mahalaxmi Enterprises — Delay in providing a gas cylinder

About 1 month and still the gas cylinder has not been sent. Everyday the same assurance that 'the cylinder will be sent today', but nothing is really sent. Extremely rude staff who refuses to listen to you.
I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 23224 in the name of FRANCIS BENZIGER, i have booked for refill on 20-June-2009 and till now (8-July-09) we havent recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor Sri Balaji Gas Agency [Code No. 641857]/ Bharath Gas Distributor /No.2 MS koil stree, Royapuram, Chennai -600 013 /. Many of the customers are complaining about this. They are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. Till date I have not got the cylinder. There is always shortage of gas in this area becuase of this. nobody is here to check up this matter.
I request to you look into this matter and solve this with emmediate effect.Kindly help me as soon as possible.

I have called the agency to know the status of my booking. The Girls deployed on Phone ARE VERY RUDE, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE QUARY & WILL HUNG UP PHONE ABRUPTLY. I FACE THIS PROBLEM EVERY TIME. INSPITE OF REQUESTING TO TALK CALMLY THEY WILL GET MORE RUDE.

PLESE CONSIDER MY COMPLAINT & HOPEFULLY ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THE CONCERNED GAS AGENCY

[protected], 20 on dt. 21/07/2009(time 9.55am) but till today on 23.11.2008 have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling jayti ( Date 23.07.09 time11.05am)she is tell me after 4days u receive the sylinder. 70days after i booked my next lpg gas sylinder but no responds.my mddress c2/5, new ashok nager, delhi-96, mob.no.[protected] &[protected] plz help me.

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on 27/07/2009 but yet today on 07.08.2009 there is no response and nobody ready to talk from the distributor of M/s.Demo Enterprises, Jhilmil Colony, Shahdara, Delhi. My consumer number is 19091. I do'nt know why this delay? It is happening in every time.
The Bharath Gas service is Horrible, I had requested for the re-fill a week back, it's not yet delivered to home.

Bharat Gas - LPG Cylinder — Delay & Discourteous behaviour

I have a double connection with Bharat Gas agency M/s. Vishnu Jyoti Gas Service, Ghaziabad. Our consumer number is 28347.

We had booked a LPG cylinder on 20th July'09 through phone call & were told by the lady operator that you will be receiving the cylinder within 4-5 days. However, this din't happen & then we statred following up over phone. There was no confirmed reply & on 2nd Aug'09 when our cylinder got empty we were forced to call them up again. This time we were told that there is no booking for your consumer no. & now we are booking it. Post this, on 4th evening, we finally got the cylinder after so much of struggle.

Now, on 11th Aug'09, we called them again to book for the second cyliner connection which is also empty & we were told very rudely that we can't book it before 21 days of previous booking. I fail to understand that if this is a policy then why in the first place do they issue a double connection.

I strongly feel that agency should be withdrawn from this operator & given to a courteous & responsive person.

I am facing issues with Bharath gas for last two years. They are not delivering the gas cylinders on time. Repeated phone calls and personal visits required to get Cylinder.

I have booked cylinder 40 days back but the cylinder not yest delivered. Again I made one more booking and it is accepted. that means gas dealer is selling cylinder to somebody else.

My gas got over two weeks back. Now I have taken the Gas Cylinder from my neighbor.

Earlier I was RT Nagar for 6 years never faced issue Bharath Gas Agency in RT Nagar bangalore.

It seems problem is only with Manav Enterprises. I spoke our neighbors they also said facing issues with this Dealer.

Bharat Gas — Delayed service with no commitment

Hi,

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas. My distributer is Banani Distributer, Gariahat, Kolkata. I booked gas on 9th August and requested to serve as soon as possible. They committed that they are trying to provide gas in 4-5 days. Also mentioned that in worst case it can be 7-8 days. But already 10 days gone and now when I call them they are saying that "in 7-8 days" means "after 7-8 days". This is not a kind of service expecting from a big company like Bharat Gas.

Bharat Gas — Intimely Gas Cylinder Delivery

This is to bring to your notice that we have a Bharat Gas LPG cylinder consumer no 27038. We had placed an order on Thursday on 20th Aug. It has been 5 days and we have not yet got the delivery. Every day I call them they say delivery will be done today and in the evening we find it otherwise. With no double cylinder it is becoming very difficult for us to manage.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

i am a consumer of bharat gas with the ravinder gas sarabha nagar ludhiana with the consumer no. 10699
the distributor is not attending the telephone. when i visited the office of distributor on 14..08.2009. they said that this is our will whether we attend the telephone or not. we are closing the office so there will be no booking. when i asked for complaint book they refused to give me the same.

i ve registered for cylinder but even after continuous contact and phone calls my cylinder has not been delivered for around 10 days. my cons no is 55509
i dr.bharat sanghvi is a customer of vyanktesh gas service aurangabad.my gas cylinder was stolen(theft)from my home in the month of march 2008.my consumer no. is 37844.i had given fir copy o[censored]smanpura police station to the agency but they have not given any reply neither they have given me the cylinder for which i am ready to pay.whenever i contacted they say's that there plant officer (manager) is transfered while some times they say's that he is on leave.sometimes they say's there plant manager is not coming. and in this way they harras me 10 days before when i went thire with new application they didn't accepted and said that we can't do anything and said what you want to do u do...we dont care for headoffice.in this way 17 month have been passed but i have not got any favour nor gas cylinder.i am an busy medical practionar and time is very precious for me.please go through my case and reply.
