[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — delay in delivery of lpg gas

I have been calling the distributor Shri Krishna Gas Service , Mayur Vihar,Mathura Staff of the Shri Krishna Gas Service saying that after 1-2 days they will despatch us. Please N.A. action .

My Consumer No.29279 chennai valasaravakkam. i booked a home delivery on 25.09.2009 and booking Today is 18.10.2009. I have call twenty times but call said after two day - after two days we are delviered in your home. They can not said his/her name. Please Check this and take a suitable action...

i am gyan prakash rastogi & my consumer no.15827 Bristo gas agency Moradabad (U.P).we have booked the refill online on 12 oct. 2009 but after several reminders i did not get yet.The dealer and his staff misbehaving me and said if you again booked your cylinder online i am closed your connection parmanently.
pls take a necessary action againt this stupid agency.

My consumer number is 23223 under the ditributor Kirti Gas Kottayam Kerala. I have not yet received the cylinder although I booked on 5/10/2009 and almost 15th reminder on the telephone. I have been facing the same problem since many months. Moreover they donot provide bills since 2002 though they take Rs. 20/- extra over each cylinder. The dealer may be asked to supply the cynder in due time along with the bill.

My consumer no.-40592,NAME-B.RAMACHANDRAN, Sir, till now I not getting cylinder.They are saying your gas service is temperarly disconnected and submit the related document of address proff. Sir, already submit the full document in BHARAT GAS Why they are asking to me related documents. I am really facing problems with the Dealer's activity in Shahibabad (Dealer's code No. 140740, Dealer Name :- Prakash Bharat Gas). I have double cylinders. The dealer's representative is not responding properly. May be there are involving in black marketing.

I never faced any problem when I was in Janakpuri, West Delhi for 6 years. The service provider there was Blue Flame Gas Service (SAP. No. 113550). They were very co-operative.

I will be grateful if my complaint will be redressed properly.

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 30433 in the name of Kedar Mal on dt. 30/09/2009 but till today on 04.11.2009 have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor Gulab Gas Agency Shop No-91-92, Gandhi Path, Vaishali Nagar Jaipur. In this area, many of the customers are complaining about this. They are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. Till date I have not got the cylinder. There is always shortage of gas in this area becuase of this. nobody is here to check up this matter.
I request to you look into this matter and solve this with emmediate effect.Kindly help me as soon as possible.

I fully agree with Laganathan's remarks after experiencing a similar incident today.

I am residing at 230/2, Armament Colony, Pashan, Pune - 411 021 and have a connection with R&DCCS ltd, Pashan (Ganeshknind), Pune of Bharat Gas bearing customer no 23985. I booked for refilling on 26.10.2009 and although distribution for booking on 03.11.2009 was in progress on 08.11.2009, my refill was not made available.

In between, I contacted them for refill cylinder at least 4 times, visited agency on 08.11.2009 to get insulting remarks. Customer care number at the board i.e.[protected] was unattended.

Great price for modernization. No complaint register made available. Great service from that agency, which claims to deliver refill cylinder in 24 hours. I am sure nobody responsible from gas agencies reads these comments. We consumers have to console ourselves.

My consumer No. is 21657 with Neelam Bharat Gas Agency in 22-23 sector in Faridabad. Neelam Gas Agency is booking cyclinder after lapse of 26 days from the date of delivery of cyclineder not from the date of booking. Our cyclinder lasts for 20 days. But they book for refill after lapse of 26 days from the date of delivery of consumed refll

Another complaint is about delivery of new gas connection in the name of my son. A new gas connection has been released in My son's name- Vishesh Chhabra. My son has been visiting Neelam Gas Agency for several months for hading over the connection with cyclinder. But they are refusing gas connection on one pretext or other.

I shall be thankful if my both grievances are removed.
My father is 80 years old consumer of Demo Enterprises 64 DDA Flat Jhilmil Colony -95. Last time when he booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder the slip date was shown 20.07.09 and the deliver was given to him on 24.07.09. This practice was happening for the last so many years. Again when he went to refill LPG cylinder on 31.10.09 they strainforward refused to refill LPG cylinder. The schedule of delivery minimum 2 months or more. The staff of the Demo Enterprises are extremely rude (use abusive language) and show careless attitude. Worst customer service my father has ever faced in his life time.
Appreciate and oblige if you please check my records and take necessary action please. The particulars of the gas connection are as follows:

They not delivering to right time, it's very very difficult for me i have a kid and i am working also how to maintain? every month problem for me because of LPG Gas

I am a coustomer of Bharat Gas agency "Kitchen Flame" B-2/15, Cycle Market, Mangolpuri, Delhi - 110083. Phone No[protected], 27923257, 27914695. I have booked gas cylinder nearly October last week but till now i can't get my cylinder and i have also complaind 4 times eventhen they have no take a proper action on my complain. My family is facing a lot of problem because of your bad servise. So i want that please take a proper action this regard.
I am Baljeet singh customer of bharat gas service.my consumer no. is 381 and distributer name is NIRMAL ENTERPRISES (A-19, Chandra Vihar, Nilothi, near VIkas Puri, Delhi). Home delivery of this agency is never good. Whenever i book to the refill they never reach to my home. When i complaint in this subject they gave no response and sometime they misbehave and said "Jahan complain karni hai kar lo". Please take immediate action.
