Mamta Arya on dt. 01/3/2010 and booking no.202 but till today on 31/3/2010 I have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor Shri Krishna Gas Service , Mayur Vihar,Mathura Staff of the Shri Krishna Gas Service saying that after 1-2 days they will despatch us. Please N.A. action .

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 21/12/2009 but yet today on 02.1.2010 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/s. Zaveri Gas Service in Goregaon (w), Siddharth Nagar I gon from his service center and submit my mt cylinder and request the manager for take cylinder and solve my cooking problam he ask me your cylinder is diliver from your home but my cylinder is not diliver home I came to know that this agency sell gas in the black market. In this area, many of the customers are complaining about this. They are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. Till date I have not got the cylinder. There is always shortage of gas in this area becuase of this. nobody is here to check up this matter.
I request to you look into this matter and solve this with emmediate effect.Kindly help me as soon as possible.

I had booked one cylinder for refilling on 1.10.2009 vide booking no. 7958 to M/s Sagar Gas Service, College Road, Banswara (Raj) - 327 001. In this connection my complaint is that already two months have passed but I have not got the cylinder despite of my telephonic and verbally reminders. When I contacted them personally they even did not bother and asked me to lodge the complaint wherever you want.

Please look into the matter seriously as I am in need of cylinder.

Bharat Gas — Not able to book the LPG

FRom last five days i am trying to book my gas but either the phone remains busy or otherwise if ring is going on it nobody picks up the phone. Since both o[censored]s are working we can not spare a day to go to gas agency for booking the gas. More over all the gas agencies book the gas on phone.

Please help.

Please also tell me the details regarding the delivery of gas in how many days i can book for the gas and in how many days gas should be delievered to me.

My brother Abdul Rawoof 's consumer no.8157 and he is getting the cylinder thro' the distributor viz.Sri Balaji Gas Agency, Rayapuram, Chennai (North).
The distributor does not respond to phone calls either for booking or for delivery. Even when we personally book for cylinder, every time the distributor takes more than two weeks time and delivers only after we personally approach for delivery. Every time I witness most of the consumers having the same problem with this distributor. In spite of having two cylinders, my brother could get only one cylinder in a month.
These gas distributors sell the LPG to the commercial people for higher price and leave the consumers to suffer. Its become a hectic task and mental agony with this distributor to get a cylinder every month. I hope Bharat Gas Ltd. would form a consumer grievance cell and make surprise check on these corrupt distributors.

Bharat Gas — very very slow inefficient

bharat gas and rohan distibutors in bangalore have ABSOLUTELY LOUSY service and deliver. No cylinder delivery despite repeated phone calls.
To my surprise, recently my request for the 2nd gas cylinder with my existing gas connection has been mishandled.

I already have a gas connection from your company. The connection allows a customer to have 2 gas cylinders. Since last year, I have been patient enough and been constantly following up with the distributor for getting the 2nd cylinder. But the booking of new cylinder was not available and in this month when I inquired, the booking of new cylinder finally opened. Consequently, today when I went to the Bharat Gas distributor office to request for the 2nd gas connection, I was presented with the combo offer that if I accept the gas connection along with some home appliances offer by paying Rs 2500/-, then I will receive the 2nd gas cylinder within 3-4 DAYS. I prefer going just for the additional cylinder without the the combo offer in which case the cylinder's delivery time increased from 3-4 DAYS to 3-4 MONTHS.

I believe on your " Customer First" approach and hence I am sure that you will understand my grievance and will thus, fulfill my urgent need of availing the second cylinder.

Dear sir / Madam,

My LPG cylinder consumer no. 903233. I had book gas on 28.12.2009 (exactly after 15 days from date of receipt of earlier Cyliner. This practice is seen in our Area only.) As per thier commitment i have to get Cyliner on 01.01.2010 but till today (i.e.09.01.2010) I have not received Cylinder & when i call up for status they informed me that Cylinder would get on 11.01.2010 almost after 30 days from date of receipt of earlier Cylinder.It is their regular response I am getting from the agency. .
One more thing I would like to bring in focus that employee of agency did not mention the date on which we register our booking,

This is my second complaint. But no action has been taken so far
by you. Kindly look into the matter & do the needful as my family is big including Children who are getting suffer due to same.

Kindly help me as soon as possible.

This agency service is alway poor and they also telling a lie with me that the cylinder is comming today, tomarrow, today or tomarrow, morning or evening. I am facing many problume without cylinder. I also sent a complaint on saturday but there is no response regarding that complaint. Do some thing about this matter.

I have faced this problem several times. I book refilling of cylinder with my gas Agency - Anmol gas agency, Kamala nagar Bangalore.They will take everytime 20 days after booking and need to call everyday. I am fed up with this pathetic Anmol gas agency...I don't know with whom i can give complaint...They don't care for anyone

Krishna Electronics — Delay in delivery of LPG gas

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt.[protected] but yet today on[protected] there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/s. Bhupindra Gas Agency Additional Mandi, Sirsa, Haryana. Even after daily reminders.

And the salesman of Bhupindra provided the cylinder in black rs.700.

I am consumer of Deep Gas Agency, Kanpur vide Consumer No. 08704. As your company says that Bharat Gas deliver the gas cylinder to their customers with in 24 hours.

But I had booked my cylinder for home delivery before 15 days, but I have not yet receive the delivery of cylinder inspite of my several reminder to agency.

The people of Gas agency always says that delivery will taken place on tomarrow but nothing happened.

Today the people of Gas agency wrongly said on roughly style to me that vendor was came to my residence but nobody was their. and house was close.

Kindly look in to the matter, I am waiting for your favourable consideration.

i have worst experience with bharat gas agency these team is dominating to consumers using bad word after we do call for cylinder booking no response even they donot bother about consumer request, we i have observed that they just having personal chat on fone instaed of taking request of consumer
however it is a big pain to us while booking for refilling of 2 nd cylinder we have to keep on trying to contact these agency to give request for refilling here is big strange we need to spend 3 to 4 days to communicate to the staff of booking agency due to there phone lines are alwyas busy [protected]/[protected] bad experience
They not delivering on right time, it's very very difficult for me i have a 3 month kid and i am only source to contact on fone also how to maintain? every month problem for me because of LPG Bharat Gas
