[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — non delivery of cylinder

i have a gas connection of bharat gas ( agency : SANTOSHI GAS SERVICE code: 113589) my connection no: 5453. i have booked on 03 may 2012, till date i have not recived my booking, today when i am checking in my profile it is showing delivered on 11 may 2012. but i have not recivered it yet. normally it takes more than one week to delivered same incident happened few months back too but i take it lightly but they has made the routine and this time i will not let them escape.
I request bharat gas agency to take action against santoshi gas service ( shakurpur, delhi ) code 113589. i am also reporting the matter to higher authority too

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas with agency located at Nangloi, Delhi 110041, consumer no. being 14240, Name: Ram Kumar. I booked a cylinder on 22 Feb 2008m however till date I have not received one.
Please take care to expedte the delivery to the consumers by the agency. Their tel. no. is also not responding.

Sir,
I am a consumer of Bharat Gas with agency located at Shakar Pur (School Block), Delhi 110092, consumer no. being 27047, Name: Virender Singh Rawat. I booked a cylinder on 5th July 2008 however till date I have not received one. My distributor name is ketchencare located in Shakarpur, School block, New Delhi 92.

Please take care our requirement urgently and follow up to the agency to delivery ASAP. They keep avoiding our phone calls and asked to delivery in a day or two.

I even seen that the distrubutor is distrubuting the GAS illegally to the other party. Pls. take care a serious action againt the agency.

Dear Sir,

My consumer No. is 0264, registered at Ratan Gas Agency, kalewadi, pune, I had booked the cylinder on 11.08.08 till date I have not received the same. We are unable to understand the rule. If there are more members in the family the cylinder get consumed with in 25 days.

Where in when we are having two cylinder the agency says that we cannot do the booking with in 20 days of receipt of the cylinder and after that 10-15 days to receive the cylinder that also they do not deliver it in time. we are having small kids and then how do we manage; can we know that when we can book the cylinder so that the continuity remains and we donot face any problem.

Its understood that there are people who are running food mess at their house and they do not use commercial cylinder, they use the domestic cylinder and the cylinders are sold in black to them and due to that we domestic people are getting suffered can you just help us what can be done. Several follow-ups are done but no results.

Requested to help us and prevent us from facing such situation, its the children who gets suffered the most.

My consumer No. is 17211, registered at Shri Vishnu Fuels, 3, Yogi Ashish, B/h. Malhar Point, Old Padra Road, I had booked the cylinder on 11.10.08 till date I have not received the same. I have only one cylinder i do not have the other cylinder which supposed to be provided till now. If there are more members in the family the cylinder get consumed with in 25 days.

Requested to help us and prevent us from facing such situation, its we (single cylinder holder) who gets suffered the most. If same continue we will raise the issue to the higher authorities at our delhi based goverment. Its getting very serious and media will also play very good roll to raise the issue in almost all TV channels. If you will not allot me the second cylinder which i should get till now, i'll definately sure to raise the issue to media.
I booked for a cylinder on 29.9.2008 . Its more than 22 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 20 calls to the Prakash Home Appliances gas agency (, Uppal, Secundrabad and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered

Consumer no:s-9619 had booked for gas on 4.10.08 along with consumer no 9042 of my brother for which cylinder was given on 11.10.2008. I had submitted a complaint at the dealer regarding this on 15.10.2008 and the staff threathened that I will not be supplied the gas till the complaint is withdrawn. The complaint book is a notebook without page no. or entry no. I had raised the complaint to the sales officer Mr: Rakesh in his mobile no.[protected]. No action has been taken yet.
Provident Fund

I am Ujjwal Chakraborty. Once I was worked with the Apollo Gleneagles Hospital - Kolkata. I resigned from the company on 4th Feb. 2008 & I applied for the withdrawl of my Provident Fund on 5th August 2008. Even after 2and half months from my application I didn't get any news about the status of my PF. My A/c No is[protected] and My PF No. is WB/CA/[protected].
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW TO KNOW MY CLAIM STATUS?
I the resident of Pitampura (New Delhi), have to inform you that we are not getting timely delivery of Bharat Gas from our Agent (Santosh Gas Agency, Shakurpur, Delhi).

My consumer no. is DE35476.

It takes at least 10- 15 days after Booking. Whenever we call, they dont take the call for hours and hours and on picking up the call they inform us that we are facing the short supply of Cylinder from Company.

Since last two months we are facing such problem.
On top of that, if we complain delivery boy for the same, he clearly states that we can take a cylinder in black from him by paying Rs 550 and above otherwise we need to keep on waiting.

I the resident of sgm nager(faridabad), have to inform you that we are not getting timely delivery of Bharat Gas from our Agent (bharat Gas Agency, s.g.m nager, main road near badkhal lake, faridabad).

It takes at least 5- 10 days after Booking. Whenever we call, they dont take the call for hours and hours and on picking up the call they inform us that we are sand cylander but your home is lock but i say that we are not go any ware thay say wrong last 3 days they say your slip is cut delever on your home morrning / evening but Cylinder not come last[protected] time 4:30pm i say them to phone that pl tell your name & connect me to your officer but he put the phone .

We had booked a gas cylinder on 15/01/09 from Bharat Gas office located in Kalamboli, but every day I call in the office, they say it will be delivered today & now one week passed, we have not received any cylinder.
Have also applied for extra cylinder probably two years back, but no extra cylinder is issued till date.

We request you to kindly look into the matter urgently, since for about one week, we are buying food from hotel.

My coustomer ID is 17810. I am a customer of (Ambika Gas Agency, Ambabari, Jaipur) of Bharat Gas Co. I am sorry to say that this agency have not delivers gas cylinder at my home from few years. So, it is my helplessness to collect cylinder from stock up of the agency after every booking.
I also want to tell a recent incident. I was registered a application for a gas cylinder on 24 February, 2009. At this time the agent said to collect the cylinder from stock up of the agency. So I went to the stock up for collect the cylinder on Feb.13. Deliverymen Mr. Gulab and Mr. Mohan were available there. They said to me "your booking slip is return to gas agency, so you should contact to gas agency". Later then, I went to the agency and met to Mr. Omprakash there. He said that you should collect your cylinder on Monday (6 March 2009) from store. Sir, his attitude is very rood.
I want to tell you that any cylinder is not delivered me till today. It is not a single incident. So I request you please tell me what should I do as a genuine customer and how can any customer receive a cylinder in this against position? There are many distraught customers of this agency in my area. Please take a strict action against this agency and deliverymen, so many customers can get relief.

Complaint 1 - It has been 2 years since i subscribed to Bharat Gas, but still I have been denied a second cylinder. I have repeatedly gone to their office and stated my requirement for a 2nd Cylinder but in reply i got vague answers that there is no stock and it will take years to get a second cylinder.
This has been happening now since 8 months now and I am even denied to do booking.

Complaint 2 - Since I have not been succesful in getting a second cylinder, its imperative that I need the refilling of cylinder within a short time ( at most 5 days ). But to my dissapointment the delivery of cylinder is always delayed by over 10 days which causes a lot of problems in my house where we have a large family. For Example I had booked a cylinder on 6th July 2009 and till today ( 14th July ) I have nor recieved the Cylinder. When I call on the number provided I always get reply that "Sorry sir, toady no load is there", "Tommorrow definitely sir".

Kindly help me as I am not aware how to solve this problem which causes lot of harrasment for our family.

I, S. VEERAPANDIAN, consumer No. is 2179 forced to purchase the cylinder tube by our Agent Jai Chidhambaram Agency, Sivanthipuram-627 425. They told me that the cylinder will delivered only after the tube purchasing. The delivery boy brought the cylinder on 28.7.2009 to my house and forced to purchase the tube, I reveal my financial problem to him and Bharat Gas Agent Mr. Kumar that now I am unable to purchase the tube. But they refused to deliver the cylinder and take back the filled cylinder. It is great insult to me, heavy loss and difficulty of nonavalilablilty of gas in my home.

Sir, any compulsury to purchase the tube from Jai Chidambaram Agency, Sivanthipuram-627 425 and I want to know that the behaviour showned by the Agent is correct or not. It it was correct Please inform me, and it was not correct please do the needful. Thankyou,
