Bharat Gas — Pathetic Delivery

I am a resident of Ahmedgarh Distt.Sangrur(Pb. and my address is c/o R.K.Confectioners, Opp.New Civil Hospital, Ahmedgarh- 148021. I want to say that I am having a gas connection in the name of RAM KUTI s/o Sh.Jagdish Chander. Now I want to get second cylinder and the agency is hesitating to give me the second cylinder and they are demanding extra money for the same. So, you are requested to please look into the matter and arrange to provide me the second cylinder at prevailing prices as I have strong need of it.

Same thing happpening with me. I have booked 2 1/2 weeks ago , but no cylinder deliver as of now. frustrating.

I have registered for second gas 3 yeras ago,still it has not been provided to me,can any one help out in it.
all contact numbers are continues engage.

They are not picking up the phone for noting down of new refill gas cyllinder.

Bharat Gas — Late connection/ pathetic customer service/ late delivery

Hello,

Bharat gas service is once of the most pathetic service I have come across. All the staff members looks illiterate.

They took almost 7 months to give me new gas connection. Staff members behaves very rudely/ careless with you as if they don't need customers. I heard they are doing black market of cylinders. Their job timings are 10-1 and 3-5. In this timings they don't bother to give proper service. For new connection ONLY in the morning sessions they are giving connections. In 3-5 timings they jusy talk to you very rudely and give foolish explanations as why they don't give new connections in afternoon.
This is Bharat Gas Connection located at Sihngad Road I am talking about.


For delivery they don't pick up your phone OR if in case they do favor and pick up phone they just disconnect it at the middle of your conversation. Even after 3 weeks they do not give you delivery. Its all very very irritating. This Bharat Gas Swargate branch I am talking about.

We have to fight agaist such experiences.

I AM A CUNSUMER OF RATAN ENTERPRISES -BHARAT GAS KALEWADI PUNE CUNSUMENR NO. 12880, I HAVE BOOKED LPG CYLINDER ON 15.03.2009 TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED LPG CYLINDER.

I found the issue with their delivery man. They get the cylinder from the company but sell it to others in black. Then when we call them, then only they come to replace our cylinder. In the meantime they do some rotations of the cylinders. See carefully the receipt the delivery man brings to you. Typically you will find them old enough.

i am facing the same problem from ratan enterprises, kalewadi, pune.actually i booked my cylinder via SMS which was suggested by themselves in our previous booking of cylinder, so we did, we got customer ID but which didn't explain the delivery timings, we are contentiously calling them for cylinder delivery but they just telling will come soon but not giving service. this absolutely reticules, they are there for providing service to the customer then what a hell they are doing?

I being a regular customer for last so many year, requeste you to change your staff or their attitude.

You have only one No. given to book the cylinder, when called either the number is busy or even if it rings nobody bothers to answer the call.

Your delivery boys are very arrogant if any road work is going on and if they come they ask to come and tkae the cylinder by themselves, if in the house only a lady staying and if she is not in a condition to take the same how can she carry

If any body not found in the house they say you re-book the same.

Pls. ask your delivery boys do not demand any Bakshish, its every individual who has to decide what is to be given.

These things are rediculous as you are a service provider, these things are to be kept in mind

I was applied for new connection in Muktsar Gas Center, Muktsar before two year when i want to know the waiting Number of my connection the distributer said your old connection form finished now you will apply again. I was applied again 14/03/2009. But after 7 month there is no reply the date of 05 oct i asked the distributer what is time limted he says, no limit i m also talk the sale officer but he says i am busy his behavior is not satisfide

I HAD REGISTER REQUEST FOR NEW GAS CONNECTION ON 10/05/2009 IN RATAN ENTERPRISES -BHARAT GAS KALEWADI PUNE. HOWEVER I HAVE NOT RECEIVED LPG CYLINDER, RATAN ENTERPRISES FAIL TO FULL FILL THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS. IN LAST TWO MONTHS EMPLOYEE SAYING THAT SHORT OF REGULATORS SO WE STOP THE DISTRIBUTION OF NEW CONNECTIONS AND FROM LAST WEEK THEY ARE SAYING BHARAT GAS LTD STOP THE DISTRIBUTION NEW CONNECTION. I AM NOT SURE HOW TO TACKLE SUCH SITUATION, ITS REALLY FRUSTRATING.

I am a customer of BHARAT GAS (Saraswati Gas Yamuna Nagar) from last 10 years.
I had booked my home delivery on[protected] but till now I have not receive cylinder.
Your employees are soing paltering with me from last 15 days.
They are also sale their cyliders in black & they have given delivery in just 24 days to
their nearest.

So,I request you to take some actions against them.

Same thing is for me.
I have registered for a new connection 4 months ago at ratan enterprises, rahatni .In this duration, I have called them a lot to get connection but they always make new excuses.this time they are making excuse for short of regulators.
Even the worst thing..when I told my waiting no. what they wrote on a small piece of paper.they could not find my name against that no.then after 4 months they told me that this is your new no.
They have a worst management. No one is there to listen you.
Can't they produce 1000 new connections in the span of 4 months or they are selling it by other way???

i m consumer of Sandesh gas agency---we are located at kalewadi been working women i have 1 cyclinder 2/half weeks proir i have booked the cyclinder. but till date i havent received the same. daily making calls to the customer care as well as the guys who gets the cyclinder to our place, nobody bothers to give proper reply. daily same thing is repeated by saying will take 2 more days. I am really upset with this service.
I want the cyclinder delivery by today in any case

Hi,

Ratan enterprises is functioning in very pathetic way. First, they ask us to do the bboking after 20 days and then they will take 8-10 days to deliver the gas after calling several times. The problem is that My gas cylinder runs for only 20 days and even though I have 2 cyclinder, I end up purchasing gas from outside. Right now, my both gas cyclinders are vacant, I am purchased 4 kg small cyclinder from the market which is also on the verge of completion. I am still waiting for my gas to arrive from Ratan enterprises.

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Tarique Ali and my consumer no is 19700 from Bharat gas Nagpur, Ranjana gas agency...we booked our number for refilling cylender..after so many personal visits calls which they never picks up delevery nver happen..its a blunder when they sold the cylender in our building in extra cost in a day and we are waiting since 25 days???..its a serious matter.

Gajanan Gas service. Bharat gas distributor — No pick up the phones

For gas booking, and complaints . they never the pick up phones. 2/2 days. its contune engage.
Try this two no.[protected],[protected]. they always kept Reciever outside of the phone.
Last two days i am traying this No.s.
