Bharat Gas — Refusal to Deliver | |||
Dear Sir Bharat Gas: Saraswati Gas Distributers.... Naigoan East and Naigoan West ..Taluka: Vasai.....Dist: Thane. We have booked our cylinder on 9 feb 13.... booking done by sms booking .. Booking confirm No 12 and Cylinder no 4. confirmation recieved by sms on 10 feb 13. on tel: [protected] Our Consumer No 200215 Consumer Name: Thomas Lobo Till date we have not recieved the cylinder.. Why? This agency has 2 dealearships of bharat gas and have employed staff which is not enough for even one agency.They are not able to meet the demand for the cylinders as they are short of staff. Also their staff at times is rude and evasive.they (girls at the counter) also lie about delivery time and date.. Staff compliants about being underpaid and overworked, They store their cylinders in the open exposed to the elements like rain and sun and dust..There is no roof at their storage facility which is always half empty.. They are now asking all consumers to carry the cylinders from the agency office and also say that they will discontinue the delivery completely in the near future. This is not only un-acceptable but dangerous as well... No we will not collect the cylinder from the agency office, we pay for the cylinder which also includes the charges for delivery. We hope and want bharat gas to appoint a new distributer at Naigoan who can share the load and relive us of this agony once and for all.
