sir My name is Pradeep Roy, I live at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, I have a gas connection of bharat gas consumer no 26679, two cylinder, agency named Samidha gas gency Gwalior.I booked Cylinder before 25 days but I cant get any gas cylinder till date they have told in last 10 days it will be delivered today or tommorow. now my second gas cylinder is also ended .they taketoo much time for delivery when I want or ask for booking number they say number is 100.only said you will get gas tomorrow.every time they make many type of excuse or say plzz book your cylinder again ... now how it is possible ??????? plzz do something ... My name is umakant mishra.I had taken a gas connection from OM SAI GAS AGENCY BHART PETROLIM LTD, SAFIPUR UNNAO.vide cv no.05-1669 and sv no.[protected]on 06/11/2003. presently i am residing at civil line unnao.
Many times i happen to vigit sai gas agency, safipur unnao, requested them after placing my application, that my conn.may be transfer to UNNAO BHARAT GAS AGENCY, UNNAO .where by the facility could be availed by me very easily.Now as per om sai gas agency safipur, they say that my conn.can not be trasfered from here and you have to go to PURWA GAS AGENCY, PURWA, and get the gas transferd from there.which is 65 km.away from my residence,
To this regerd, may i request you to take a proper action agenset the agency where by the matter could be solved . MY MOB.NO.[protected]
