[Resolved]  Bharat Lpg Gas — Gas Booking and Less supply

My cosumer number is 54656, i had booked the Gas dataed September 15th 2012 to the MADAM ENTERPRISES, MANI/ ARUN/ KALAI
152/2, RUPENA AGRAHARA HOSUR MAIN ROAD
BANGALORE URBAN 560068

Till the date Cylinder is not delivered to us.

They don't have any answer to why the Cylinder is not delivered to us even after 20 days.


Poor Service response from the MADAM ENTERPRISES Service.

Had filled the format on line for booking new connection along with all id proof, sai gas agency shop no 14 f block market first floor gamma 1 greater noida manager threw away all documents his mobile numbr [protected][protected]...as copy of booking was not provided...although understand bharat gas had confirmed alocating new connection stict action needs to be taken as treatment metted out for essential cooking gas is beyond any excuse...gyan chand ghosh flat 1503 tower 17 unitech horizon pi 2 greater noida, UP [protected]

the same gas agency SAI GAS AGENCY GAMMA-1, greater Noida, are supplying at 1500/cylinder to unregistered customers

Customer No. 18135, which has booked by Sri Mahadeswara Gas Agencies at Mandya (Karnataka). My online booking has been blocked. I have submitted KYS in this regard as per the requirement of agency. There is no positive reply from the Agency on repeated request too. I am requesting you to instruct the Agency to release the blockade .

Is ISI mark compulsory. I have got brand new pigeon glass top stove as a gift for my new house costing around Rs. 4000/- . Glass top will never have a ISI mark. My sister is using the same type of stove form past 1.5yrs and its perfectly fine. I am not in a position to by a steel gas stove.

I have already paid 250/- for the gas stove check and the guy mentioned that all gas is new and the nob all are good. He says that it does not have a ISI mark. Also, I was not told that there is such a requirement. Now I cant even replace it. The agency is asking to by gas stove from them as its ISI marked but the quality of the stove is not worth ~Rs. 3000/-.

Can you please advise the course of action that I am suppose to take.

Sir/Madam, we did not received the subsidy amount of last 5 cylinders. pls i'm requesting you to pls transfer amount of last 5 cylinders subsidy . aadhar number link in bank and gas agency then why are dealing subsidy
