[Resolved]  Bharat Petroleum — Only 'speed' petrols are served in every Petrol Pumps in Bhubaneswar

Only 'speed' petrols are served in every Petrol Pumps in Bhubaneswar. None of the pumps serve normal petrol, which is of lower cost. They always say that the 'normal petrol' got over. But at any point of time in a day, it is never available. I've seen this as a trend in BHUBANESWAR only.
