[Resolved]  Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited - Bharat Gas — Bharat Gas - irregularity in booking and supply

I am a customer of Pushpam Gas Agency located in New Gajra Society, Bibwewadi, Pune. The persons sitting in the office tells to the customer that waiting period between 2 bookings is 21 days so in this financial year till date a customer can book approx. 7 cylinders but through the Bharat Gas -Transparency portal of this particular dealer, I had found that they had allotted a customer at the max of 13 cylinders in this financial year till date (for reference I am attaching the screen shoot of the same). For the same customer they had done booking multiple times in a single day.
The same office people says that it will take around 7 working days for the delivery of the booked cylinder, but for the certain customers they are delivering on the same day, the same customer mentioned above. These all details are of the domestic user. In last 5 months of this financial year how a person can use 13 cylinders for the domestic use??? How the officials are doing booking so frequently and delivery on the same day of booking.

Please Bharat gas officials look into the matter and be transparent & equally treat to all customers.
