[Resolved]  Bharat Petroleum Gas — Policy for Cylinders per connection or consumer

HI

I got the gas connection with single cylinder around 3 yrs ago from BP dealer in Gultekdi-Pune area.
Sametime I also asked him for 2nd cylinder. till date the dealer is rejecting for 2nd cylinder stating reason as a company policy.
May i know what the policy of issuing 2 domestic cylinders.

what should i do to get the 2nd cylinder

Respected Sir/Mam,
I have done booking on brahma jyoti bharat gas is 120 Scheme no. 3 [shartri nzger meerut u.p. ] for a gas cylinder . I have booked on. 10 FEB 2010. They gave a time period of a week.Till 23th FEB 2010 I have not recieved Gas Cylinder.My consumer no is 3449 and Address 104/6 jagriti vihar meerut . The agency Contact No is[protected]. I am trying there phone they are not responding till last five days.Please Take action as soon as possible.I will be thankful to you.
