Booking of LPG Cylinders over Telephone has been completely stopped by authorised distributor viz;Chandannagar Gas Supply Agency at burrabazar chandannagar throwing people like serviceholders and elderly people in great trouble.Moreover delivery of cylinders takes a lot of time .

I have LPG domestic cylinder connection with MPCL ( My consumer No. 9676 at Satyas, Trichy).
We have very severe problem of getting LPG cylinders. They are taking minimum 45 days to deliver
one cylinder from booking date. We are struggling lot. My contact No. [protected]

There is no proper response from the dealer and from your customer service.

I don't know, where we need to report. Whether this problem will be solved or not.
