Dear sir,
I am a lpg customer of bharat petroleum gas. I was staying at wadala mumbai and buying the lpg cylinders from national gas services. Later on I along with my family got shifted to titwala. I was shifted to titwala on 22nd june, 2012 since then I didn't booked any gas cylinder. While applying for transfer of lpg connection on 24.11.2012 to titwala, I found that national gas services has already sold 2/3 subsidized gas cylinders to somebody else. When I complaint about this to him he started talking rudely and challenged me to do anything whatever I can do. He said that I or somebody else on behalf on me has booked the cylinders and taken it from him. When I asked for record for the same he denied to show that. After this I took the transfer and submitted the transfer voucher at gurukripa gas agency, kalyan. There I came to know that I do not have any subsidized cylinder left in my account.
Sir, the poor people of the country are already in trouble with increased inflation and the behavior of lpg distributors like national gas services are putting us at higher depth of trouble.
You are requested to do the needful in this regards.

I am living in Rewari city of Haryana. I have a domestic LPG connection from Anil Gas service (BP).
Every time when I get delivery of filled cylinder, I found it is leaking, I request from change and the delivery men says all the cylinders are like this only, once I forced him to change and found that the new one was leaking more then the previous one, at last I accepted the leaked cylinder. Same thing happens every time. this is really very dangers but we are helpless.

Bharat Gas — SUBSIDY NOT RECIEVED IN BANK ACCOUNT
SIR MY REFERENCE BOOKING NUMBER IS[protected] UNDER WHICH I RECIEVED THE LPG GAS ON 21ST APRIL 2015. BUT TILL NOW I HAVENT RECIEVED THE SUBSIDY AMOUNT IN MY BANK ACCOUNTVery Late Delivery

I HAD BOOKED DATED 12/03/2012 REF NO.[protected] BUT AFTER BOOKING 11 DAYS I HAD YET NOT RECEIVED THE CYCLINDER. AND ALSO THEY DID NOT PICK THE CALL.IF THEY ATTAEND THE CALL NOT GIVE RESPONSIBLE ANSWER ANAD BEHAVE VERY RUDELY. PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEMS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
