Bharti Airtel Broadband — No Network | |||
We got the Airtel broadband connection installed at our office(Number[protected]. Since, the installation, network has been irregular because of which our business is at loss. Ours is an e-commerce business where you may understand the importance of internet connection, but Airtel has been worst service provider in terms of the network and customer service. I made innumerable complaints at Airte customer care, face ill-mannered staff; finally approached Nodal Office, yet no permanent solution till date. Request you to kindly look into the matter and try to resolve the issue at the earliest. I have been with Airtel since the day it was launched in the country. We had bought about totally 10 connections from Airtel. We paid a premium amount for each new nnumber that we purchased.
We were very paitent with Airtel and their services in the past though they made several mistakes. But now it has becomes a real pain to be with Airtel and their services. The customer care executives have gone worse services are deteriorating where the executives do not know how to behave or talk to customers. The customers are taken for granted. It is really pathetic to know that this is what a customers get inreturn to the loyalty towards the company.
I have made several complaints for no network in my office past two years. Even I have visited your head office in Malad as well as in Penninsula Chambers but it has been of no help. Just the same old stories and assurence given by the company that our problem will be solved.
Its a suggestion people Every company gives you a chance to make complaint but very few make up to the complaints that are made. But AIRTEL is not at all professional . I hope the complaint I have made does make some kind of change to peoples lives who are troubled..

AirTel — no airtel network
hi i have just shifted to another location and my new house in on the ground floor of the apartmnet slighlty on the basement.So due to this i dnt get any airtel tower and so network is there. Airtel Broadband internet services — Bad Service Provider
I request for shifting of my internet service from my one rental house to another on 15th oct. But from that day to today i am continuously cheated by the customer care and there technical service providerThey ask me for 48hrs time when i call everyday and the manner of the engineers of this company is too much stupid.
Ultimately i am disconnecting my airtel services.

SIR,THERE IS NO NETWORK OF AIRTEL AT NAI SARAK, CHANDNI CHOWK, DELHI.
ITS BEING A LARGE COMMERCIAL AREA AND THERE IS NO COVERAGE.
SINCE YOU HAVE LICENSE OF ALL THE CIRCLE IN INDIA THEN WHY YOUR NETWORK DOESN'T COME IN SUCH AN AREA.
PLEASE TRY AND GET THE PROBLEM SOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

AirTel — Broadband Network
Hi I have recently subscribed for Airtel Internet Datacard which promised of 256kbps at the rent of Rs. 999 p.m. from January 2010.Right from the first day I have not been receiving more than 20-25 kbps. Inspite of repeated complaints and docket numbers[protected] ,[protected] there hasn't been much promising progress from Airtel's side. I would like to take stringent action against the false proclamations of Airtel.
I have decided not to pay the outstanding bill for the obvious lack of network, for which they were very prompt in disconnecting.
I remain hugely disappointed and I expect a prompt action on this.
Failing which I would like to you to assist me in filing a legal case against the aforementioned.

Bharti Airtel — Network Complaints
I had a network issue related to the coverage at my current residential address in the month of July'09. They'd asked me to give 3 months time as there is a problem at the current location and it would take atleast 3 months to erect a new site at that place. I've been patiently hearing all the C&B stories given by the call center and the Airtel Lobby till time. In the mean while i'm slowly building the case history for an evidence for their service deficiet. I have 2 post paid connections under my name and 2 prepaid connections at the same building and i had taken a Vodafone connection to build a alternate for a churn at worst time. Vodafone service is very good and excellent at the current location. Infact, Tata Indicom has a similar problem at that location which was rectified within a week.This location is Anjaneya Nagar, Moosapet, Hyderabad.
Joke of the Year: There is a cell tower next to 100 mts of my residence which doesn't add any value.
Hope the problem will be solved atleast after seeing this complaint.

Hello,This is to inform you that i booked for a AIRTEL broadband connection on 10th of june 2010 for my residence and i was told by the person who booked the connection that i would be installed in three days . When i asked for the mode of payment to book the connection Mr. Vishal who was here to book the connection told me that it would be processed faster if i make the payments in CASH rather by cheque . Well as far i know the mode of payment hardly affects the process time for connection. After two days of booking the connection a gave a call to Mr. Vishal to know the status of connection as i did not recieved any acknowledgement from the technical department he said that it is in process and would take time. He even said that if we cant wait then we can stop the cheque payment. I waited for another two days and gave him call he stopped picking up my calls and when he recieved the call on being asked for the reason of delay the said that we are running short of wire and due to rush of work we cant draw the line at present and even asked we wait for a week atleast and if we are not satisfied we can ask the bank to stop the cheque payment, and suggested me to get in touch other telecomm operators for the internet services. Its 17th june today i have yet recieved any service or updates from your end infact i have been recieving unsatisfactory and humiliating answers from Mr.Vishal . I feel sorry to say but this kind of service was not expected from one of the leading telecomm company in India.
I am including my residence address for which i booked the Broadband connection. I hope you would look it into this matter and would give me a satisfatory service and justice.
