[Resolved]  Bharti Airtel Limited — NO SERVICE

NO COVERAGE IN HEART OF AHMEDABAD CITY ( GROUND FLOOR , VASTRAPUR AREA ) ALL SALES OFFICERS HAVE COMMITED FOR GUARANTEEED COVERAGE AT THE TIME OF TAKING ADVANCE . THEN ADVISED THAT THEY WILL PUT REPEATER TO SOLVE PROBLEM
BY PUTTING REPEATER . THEN THEY PROMISED THAT THEY PUT ADDITIONAL TOWER . NOTHING HAD DONE BY AIRTEL .

Dear Sir

This is the example of most pathetic service & cheating of company after taking advance rental from customer .

since july 2011 we are behind bharti airtel mobile team after paying advance rental for 20 nos . we feels that this is Bharti Airtel's company policy that never respond advance rental customers . no one neither manager, nodel desk or appelaid desk .only collection department is active .

We are tired following airtel team . Till date we are having 7out of 20 cards with zero second usage . Height of airtel stopped all our services even after their fault & sales person not ready to provide contact information of seniour person.




Following notice in our mails never make difference to them :

Mailed to manager sales Mr. Manan Goswamy as final reminder on 21/11/2011 but till date no response

Dear Sir

KINDLY CONSIDER THIS AS LAST REMINDER BEFORE WE GO TO ANY LEGAL ACTION.

Before we go further we are also giving 2 options as solution.

1 ) Solve network problem & give 1 year unconditional contract renewal from solution date with all committed services at the time of selling new connections .

or

2 ) refund unconditional entire amount as we are complaining from connection active ( day 1 ) as your executive had sold connections after technically surveyed . till this time we have 7 cards unopened with 0 second incoming and out going usage due to poor network.

Your no reply within 24 hours will be considered as this is intenssional fraud & cheating from your side and all communications of your pathetic service till date will be sent everywhere.

We also request you to not to give any excuse like your phone not picked / out of coverage ( sms me if no response or contact my manager mr. mansuri[protected] as we believe in result only and you are aware of address and option contact nos . ( if not then you can collect optional nos and address from your collection team - fastest and only active team of airtel ) . As you are aware that only on your words we had taken service .

Expecting positive response from your side . Hoping for solution this time.
