Bharti Airtel Limited — Billing issue - [protected] | |||
I was using the Airtel Data card. The monthly rental was 599/- plus ST and CESS. The service was good for the 1st year but from 2nd year onward they were started charging extra amount saying late payment and so on. Initially, they have reversed the wrong charges, but after some time instead of committing by Airtel Executive the charges were not reversed. I did many call to customer executives and everytime they said next month amount will be reversed. But when the bill come it was keep on adding. I send the mail, to 123airtel and nodal officer Mumbai look into the issue and revert me with the solution. But they were not reverted to me. Even I have informed the customer executive to disconnect the line, if they will not provide me correct bill and reversed the charges. The line was disconnected but the bill keep on generating every month. Now the bills which are showing as pending of Rs.2386/- (approx.) is invalid as I had never used the services, then it not my obligation to pay the amount which are showing pending with them. I am ready to pay the actual amount which comes to nearly 900/- for 45 day as after that the services was closed. Kindly have a look into the issue and advice me what can I do to resolve the issue.
