I want to compensation in my bill otherwise you can cut my connection permanent.

Hi,

My Telephone no. is 01204100792. My telephone and broadband are not working from 2/8/2012 to till date. Many airtel executive visited in my site but they didn't provide any solution on till date. so i am facing very problem on your side.

so, i want to compensation in my bill otherwise you can cut my connection permanent.
