Bharti Airtel — payment

i am using bharti airtel no for the past one year now, but am realty dissapointed with the service provided my them. every time the payment taken by their executive before the due date from us doesn't reach them and our services get barred. in my effort to talk to their executives brings me back to the same junture from where i started.
All i am complainming is that inspite of my payments made on time, why are my services being barred over and over again?
even if my phone is not working i still have to make payments fo the compulsory monthy rental levied on us

I have two postpaid connections of Airtel and one broadband. I have made payments of broadband and one mobile at a time in third mobile connections and requested airtel to adjust the amount according to trhe connections.they refused to adjust the amount paid to air tel mobile against their broad band. But they refused to adjust then I asked them to refund me that account. They also refused to return my amount what to do. M unable to understand.

Kindly advise.
