[Resolved] Bharti Airtel — Prepaid Top up for mobile and Internet | |||
Each and ever time all mobile service probhider cheated corer of peoples money. Now a day I had seen that after top up mobile balance but suddenly it get negative balance. I can't phone to the service probvider due to negative balance becasue they charge for that. Without any permisson they charged money and they said the you activate services. I surprised how these reckon companies cheated all the people. For Internet pack for mobile they get Rs. 98.00 top up but recentely this service is very slow and each and every time line disconnected, and they cleverly for any kind of service acticate and the main balace turn into zero. Then the internet dosen work. So again reachare a minimum amount as a main balance and connect to the internet. So M/s. Bharti Airtel please we are your coustomer and we want through service from you, we give price for that and you give service. If further these thing happen I will take leagal action for harraesment coustomer and your recent service is very poor. I appeal to TRAI to check all this company's regarding service to the customer.
