I had bought a 0% insurance for my Audi car from Bharti axa Insurance Company, my car got stuck in flood water, and I have to pull it to safety place with some help. Finally next day I have I have sent it to work shop and the Audi service has billed me 6.5 Lakhs for my brand new car, as the water has entered the engine. The Insurance serviour has denied my Insurance saying it is not covered. I have asked them to give them in righting why it is not covered.

After 5 weeks of mails and telephones, The answer was you forcibly went into the water, and damaged the engine.
Who in the world, that can damage the brand new Audi car.

This is kind of Insurance companies we have. Please let me know how to handle such ruthless company exist and that to in service sector.
