Hence the payable rent works about 850XRs.40= Rs.34000.

2. It is also brought your kind notice other agencies are paying nearly Rs.35000.
Moreover, you are also paying Higher rent charges for the similar sites occupied by your company in this Area. Apart from that you are paying Security guard charges and sharing charges for the equivalent amount of rent you are paying.
