i booked an exercise bench cost rupees 2000 from this shop named - bhatia sports , aminabad , lucknow on 14-05-2012 , the shopkeeper named - Rinku gave me a reciept and i've been taught taht i will get the bill reciept with the dilevery of the bench .
i got a defected and very poor quality bench , broken aswell , it has a crack and has no bolt fixed and it was total disaster . it was not the bench that i had orderd , on complaining the guy he said that our delivery guy will replace the bench & if you dont like we will refund the money . i've bin calling him several times , first he used to promise me daily that he will replace it today tommorow and the same think went on for like a week .

then he gave me an appointment me to meet him on his shop on thursday 24-05-2012 today , but the shop was closed . i've been fooled , i felt so bad and i felt depressed and thugd . now the shopkeeper is not even picking up my call .
i want my money back . he is being promising me for refunding me the money or replacing the bencg with the one i had selected . i even have the phone conversation recorded . now he is not picking up my call . all i want is justice !
