Hello, I purchased 100 pieces of virgin indian remy hair weaves from Bhawani Enterprises in India for a total of $6715.00 in March and approx 75% of the weaves the hair tangles very badly after only one wash, when this hair is supposed to last a minimum of 3-5 months time. When I emailed Narasiman Nandakumar about returning the tangled hair for a refund he never returned my emails- I spent a lot of money on this hair and all I wanted was a quality product and that's the last thing I got! If they treated me as a large customer, I can only imagine the type of hair I would have received being a smaller 'less lucrative' customer- Don't do business with this company! I really would like a refund on the badly tangled hair I received or I will take my business to a chinese vendor going forward. I spent quality money and for that I want a quality product.
