[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Complaint for delivery of furniture | |||
Hi, I am Sameer Joshi, an unfortunate customer of Big bazaar, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. I had purchased a bedroom set worth Rs. 44999, from Big bazaar, Aurangabad on 18th July 2010. They promised me a delivery date of 28th July 2010. I called them yesterday to know the delivery status. They said they dont have all the items in stock and can deliver only 2 items out of the bedroom set. I asked them to give me the exact date and they are still not sure if they can make the complete delivery and the date on which the delivery will be made.
