[Resolved]  Big Bazaar, Koryo Electronics — AC not in working condition from first day

I have purchased AC on 1st May 2009 and yet not started. They were not able to deliver. The fitting charges told were lesser than what they charged. The exhaust of AC was of another model and had to replace. Now after all connection when we switched on its not working. Its really a harrasment. I had also purchased cooler with AC that also had to replace on very first day

Koryo — AC out of order for last 20 days and no response

Hi

I have purchased koryo spilt AC from Big Bazaar but after few days it has stopped working now its been 20 days no one has turned up and they are continuously giving excuse that spares have not been received customer care is not helping even i had discussion with Service Head he assured me that it would be repaired but as of now it is not been repaired nor replaced.

It is a harassment I am thinking of moving to consumer forum.

The worst AC in the world. No cooling, only bad smell, big bazaar people are making fool of innocent people like us. This AC is only suitable for bathrooms in place of exhaust fans.

I purchased koryo mixy in May-2009, Since very first day itself it is not working, i have complained to manager of hyderabad, They are not even in a position to respond about their goods, very worst and waste product .Really Big bazar peolpe are making fools...what should we have to do to get back working mixy????

videcon industries — ac not working since aug 2009

my 0.80 ton electrolux ac bought from videcon industries on 0249 stopped working and i filled complaint on 0789 PUN [protected]. till date the spare part is not available nor are they replacing my ac it is now more than three months.
Dear all, this isto inform you that i hava purchase koryo company 21" color tv last 1 years but no body response from your koryo service center and now still this tv Remote Control Is not properley Working So kindly request you to pl send to your koryo company engineer And new remort with send to engineer.

The worst part is I purchased so called 3 AC.I have a water cooler which still works better than stupid Koryo Air Conditioners / coolers.

The customer call centre numbers do respond over the phone but there is no actual service and the interesting part is that after few days the complaint is automatically resolved and closed but they are efficient enough to book another complaint.

Now I don't have any feeling of harrasment, cheating or hatred towards any one in ezone or its customer care centre as I have treated the amount spend as lost, I can't even think o[censored]sing the word investment.

I would suggest people not to buy any of the stupid products of koryo, sensei and even avoid using any other consumer goods of various reputed brands from ezone, future bazar etc as the condition in which they will deliver will be pathetic and beware "goods once sold will not be taken back"- who cares they are not even going to rectify the fault.

Korya Ac — AC not repaired twice and no response from customer service

The AC was purchased from E-zone 1st Floor Big Bazaar Milan Mall(Santa Cruz W). The AC stopped working on Oct 2009 t was repaired in Dec 2009 after two months after more than 50 complaints made every day for nearly two months.It has been 3 months from the repair on 30/04/2010 the AC stoped working is not working and after we contacted Koryo they came checked it said the compressor is not working and has to replaced after and as it is under warranty they said will be replacing it.It has been 20 days from the day it stopped working,when ever we contact koryo they say the compressor has not yet come from Bangalore and we have forwarded a mail.Honestly i don't know to do with the worst customer service and company ever.

Big Bazar is really making fool by selling Koryo brand in India. We purchased 14" CTV from Big Bazar...and within 2 months the problem started. The enggineers from Koryo although attended call but failed to repair 100%. Already logged calls for 3rd time in six months...still my CTV is under repair at service centre. It seems I have done a major blunder by purchasing cheap CTV.

I agree with the problem you face, I also did the same mistake as you people did. I am providing you email ID of some managers, sr. managers and department dead of Future Group / Ezone. You may try emailing them, I am also getting my issue resolved by them. These people are really bad with their products and their service and customer care is pathetic.
They also do not care to provide bills/reciept of the payment made to them, remove cells from the remotes of TV and they hae quite many more techniques to harass the consumer.

Well i a telling you a bit different story. When koryo was launched in india (of course at Big Baazars first) if you go thru the user manual you will find it easily that the service providers are Videocon industries limited. The brand Videocon itself a pathetic brand for customer. whenever you make a call they said thet koryo is being serviced through other service centre which is a sister concern of videocon. Now a days (perhaps the Videocon people guessed the pathetic nature of their products ) videocon has outsourced (may be started itself but with a different name) the aftersell service to care world, which cares for the products either produced or marketed by videocon group(sansui, Videocon Kenstar, Electroleux, akai etc) forget the koryo it's nowhere in service arena. MY HUMBLE REQUEST to all readers of this letter is to Forget Koryo it's A Nightmare and also the brands listed above unless you have got no other option left.

I was interested to check the new product which is in the market when I planned to buy AC. I bought 1.5 ton AC in Apr-2008. But it worked very well only for 17 days. Then problem started as there was leakage on the gas coil. The customer call centre numbers do respond over the phone but there is no actual service and as per the commitment what they have given when complaint launched. complaint no-256695.

I will recommend my friends and relative not to visit FUTURE GROUP to buy any prodcut. If it KORYO then I will tell every one it is like putting the money in dust bin.

future group/BIG bazar fools the indian people with low cost product for higher money. This is True. Who ever reads this please belive.

Hi Friends, Future group is making fool to all the indian people by all these product availble in future group, like Garment, Electronics Item, Baggage, itself food Bazar also they are say we sell cheaper cost in market but u can compare to market they must have charge extra, & worst quality in world

1.5ton split air conditioner of your company which i had purchased just 3-4 months back. In these 3 months we have serviced it many times, i have spent more money on its repair than on its retail price, the product is not at all giving good performance.We had purchased the product from Big Bazaar, 10 acres mall, raipur, ahmedabad
