[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — Product rates more than MRP

I have purchased punching machine from Big Bazaar, Ludhiana on[protected]. However, I was shocked to see that this item was billed at Rs.62/- and the MRP of this item as printed on the packing of punching machine was Rs.56/-. On contacting the big bazaar official named Mr. Shalinder, he said that nothing could be done in this context and I am bound to pay the bill now. When I told him that this is not a good practice and being a consumer, I know my rights, he instead said that do what ever you like to do but you have to pay the bill. We paid the bill by cash and left with the rude behaviour of the big bazaar officials. Image attached for your reference.
