[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — Defective product and no response against complaint

I have purchased Westorn brand DVD player from bigbazar lowerparel but and with in one month i found it faulty i applied for replacement on 15th feb 2011, i have still not received any responce and after calling several time and visiting bigbazar at lower parel dtaed 09/03/2011, they havent replied me yet and they are extending it day by day. Almost 1 month have passed i have still not received my DVD player,
They are offering me other Brand with more money,after refusing it this they have given me 2 days time for replacement after that i will a put the complaint agains big bazar in consumer court
