[Resolved] Big Bazaar, Sahara Mall Gurgaon (Electronics Division) — Poor after sales services | |
I bought a compaq laptop from Big bazaar Electronics Division. They have a quick service in selling a product. However, I am really disappointed with their poor after sales service. I was told that Big Bazaar they will provide free onsite technical service for a period of one year starting from teh date of purchase of product. They provided me a number which is actually not reachable and also the number of their electroincs division is never picked up. They do not have a permanent technical services cell operational for electroinc products as well. Was this information helpful? | |
