So I tried buying my domain for 2 years. Firstly it gives me Cart Amount Rs. 728/-

Payment failed due to maintenance issue of Bigrock.
Now I got an invoice of Rs. 1258/-

I tried contacting them with chat and support ticket.
No one responded

VERY BAD COMPANY

If you booked 4 domains, how can they deduct cost of 6 domains? While ordering, did you check the shopping cart cost total? If you add/delete domains in shopping cart, the amount also gets automatically adjusted. But it can never happen that you took 4 domains and they deducted cost of 6!

I have many domains in BigRock, never faced any such problem. I am happy with their services. Definitely not a fraud company. And that's why I have even started transferring my domains at other places into BigRock - only after being satisfied with their services.

Please be careful when you deal with big rock hosting and domain registration . today i felt vey bad . Bigrock really hurts me . Simply promoting, through so many ways what is the support ? Simply transferring my domain registration to third person with out my knowledge even after raising a ticket. Its really unethical. Not even single mail was sent. Godaddy is more secured then bigrock.in. There is no security for what you pay, it has happend only with bigrock. Keep it up guys .

BIG ROCK IS FRAUD HOSTING COMPANY I EVER MET.THEY ARE SIMPLY STEELING CASH IN THE NAME OF DOMAINS.

very very poor dealings. Why iam saying is once i bought a "advanced plan" from them and it had only one domian hosting facility.While purchasing, i registered a domain and because of there poor customer service, i pointed that domain to Godaddy.com.When i deleted the old domain from bigrock and tried to add a new one, they deleted my complete account and shows a message that" your cash will be refunded after 14 business days".


This is a sign of fraud because any reputed companies will look there customers well and they complete the transactions with in 2-3 days.But BIGRock is a fraud company and they are not bother about customers cash.Bigrock didnt mention this refund time in any of their terms & conditions.


And No other hosting companies delete their hosting account while deleting a Domain... ...POOR HOSTING PROVIDER...im waiting for my refund.

dont go before there advertising and promotions...You will loss your money.

Big rock is very bad hosting services. I am a php developer and Email script is not working on there server, i have called up them many times but they illiterate do not able to resolve this...Very Poor.

I have taken domain space from Big rock and it is down very often and without any prior notice. Terrible service.

I purchased a vps 4 plan via net banking and after the order the order status was under approval.
But its 5 weeks passed and it is was not approved and yesterday when i logged into my account it showed the there were no active orders.

When i asked for a refund they told that it was processed from "payment processing inc" which is a paypal account of directi and not of bigrock.

And asked them that they are the same company but they refused to give refund.
Bigrock is a fraud.

Hello This is worst company for hosting. the owner of this company is fraud person name vivek sharma. Vivek did lot of cheating in past with lot of people. they take money and do not give a service any time.. Please do not buy service from your webmaker.in

Big rock is the worst company I have ever come acrossed. The customer executives are ill- mannered, they have terrible policies name it and its there. They are there just to make money. I am almost at the verge of losing my job because of this company. The senior management is useless. After any tractions made it is a policy for any company to confirm it prior doing so, but again bigrock sucks at it. BIGROCK YOU PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS, BETTER SHUT IT DOWN.

Big rock is a big fraud cheater 420 company. i booked one domain they took amount from my account but the not yet registered . they told you have in sufficient fund in my account but i have more than a lakhs in my account. I have ccavenue payment coformation and account statement. they have poor suppoet. Please guys dont use any service from Bigrock.

I am trying find out good domain and hosting provider, I called couple of times to big rocks but after some 2-3 times their support start giving me very rude and loud answers
After reading all these views I am really worried and hesitating to place order with Big Rock

Seeing all above complaints-chain, I feel I am not the only one teased by these cheaters BigRock. I wanted to upgrade my Plan, so I dropped them an email for My requirement. In revert, they sent me this sent - " Which plan do you want to upgrade to ? You have to login to your bigrock control panel and make the upgrade manually"

Anybody can make out of the above statement and its tone, how rude and abnormal their Sales Team is this. I have reverted them with bold and appropriate words, and may be I will end subscription with them. I will keep you guys posted on the development.

Bigrock.com is a fraud! They're crooks, thieves, i bought 4 domains with them. I payed by credit card, everything worked ... but spent a few days they canceled my account and stole my domains!

So far have not returned my money, I was unable to register my domains!


Escape these swindlers!!!

Fraud company - Their support team's attitube is very bad and taking more than a day to get a response from their support.

Unethical fraud useless bunch of managment team is may group of cheaters. When i was trying to searching domain name in first search they showing .com and .net are available within few mints they are showing un available.
They steel fancy names to demand more money.
Dont believe their advertisment, Compare to these Fraudrs Godady is ok

BIGROCK is a fraud company they used my credit no and password without my permission for renewal and made transactions without informing me which is ill legal and i am taking legal action against this fraud company no one is replying me.

Be careful, some one hacked into their server and erased my website contents, and these people simply say that they don't promise their customers for backup, that means if some erase your data, they are not responsible. for your loss, most pathetic service ever.

I have purchased 4 domains from my bigrock account on 14 Nov, and since then for the past 7 days, i have been constantly receiving unsolicited emails and calls form web developers who want to build my website and referring to those domains that i have booked through Bigrock, EVERYDAY, EVERY FEW HOURS, NON-STOP.

This is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, HIGHLY UNETHICAL, outright violation of my privacy by your company and i am going to make this issue public to let others know that they should stay away from bigrock.

I have never before encountered such an issue with Godaddy or any other domain registrar. Now i am getting bombarded with unwanted phone calls and emails constantly which are clearly referring to those 4 domains which i have booked on 14-Nov. When asked, they say that they are channel partners of Bigrock, and i have not agreed to receive any such communications from your channel partners. You have sold my data and exposed me to unwanted harassment and sheer wastage of my time.

Cheaters!! Without customer consent they tried to debit my credit card. Don't trust big rock.
