[Resolved] BIG TV — Refusal to give Receipt for my payments | |
I am a customer of BIG TV. I have recently relocated from Pune to Bangalore. For relocation of the BIG TV setup I was charged R. 750/-. The charges are paid by recharging the vouchers over the phone. I purchased the vouchers from the engineers that came for uninstallation. When I asked for a receipt they said they will not be able to provide me and that I need to contact bangalore when they do the installation. When I went to Bangalore Reliance store at Forum, Koramangala I was surprised to see no counter or customer care person was available to handle queries for DTH. I was directed to one person who looked like the manager of the store. He plainly refused to give me a receiept and said that I should have taken from Pune. When I asked him to please stop passing the buck around he got livid and started an argument. Finally I was told to call the customer care. Obviously customer care ppl were again of little help as they cant provide the receipt. This is the first time I see a service is being charged and no proof is given to the cusomer regarding the payment. All I demand is a bill/receipt mentioning that I have paid Rs. 750/- for relocation purposes. Was this information helpful? | |
