Sir, maine 2nd oct 08 ko big tv liya tha usme maine 6mont ka popular pack ka offer liya tha mere 6 mont ke baad maine apna pack change karne k liye customer care se baat ki toh unhone pack change karne se mana kar diya aur kehne lage ki ek pack toh apko dekhna hi padega.mera big tv account minus kar diya.ab mujhe kya karna chahiye?
