CUSTOMER ID NO.[protected] BIG TV - DTH I'm a subscriber of Reliance DTH connection. Made a request for safe custody of the same w.e.f. 2nd May-10 due to summer holidays. Formal request for cancellation of safe custody and to resume/re-activate the connection sent via speed post No.E[protected]IN on 24.6.10. Repeated telephonic request to re-activate the connerction addressed to Customer Cell of the company proved in vain. e_mail remain un-answered. Children are badly suffered missing their World Cup Soccer Matches. Request BIG TV to please re activatre the connection of the above customer immediately. Regards Sushama Mohan.
