bigbazaar vizaj....four seater dining table - delay in delivery n not fixing

purchased dining table on 25/2/12, delivered on 7/3/12 n yet to be fixed.
nobody lifts telephones at big bazaar. when we contact fixing boys
each fellow gives cell number of another fellow.
most irresponsible replies.
very poor management at vizaj bigbazaar.
