bigflix.com — Payment debited without information

Dear Sir,

I was once doing an online transaction where is saw an ad of big flix .Com on the transaction page offering online movies for rs 1 subscription per month. I bought it and also clicked on a checker box for recurring subscription of rs 1 per month. The first transaction went smooth but this month I saw Rs 249 got debited from my A/C. I felt cheated and when I tried to contact them they didn't have a contact number on their website , just a email address where no one replies. I understand that the amount is small but I guess the number of online transactions we do, are increasing and keeping a check on such fraud companies is required. Hence, I need my amount back.
