Respected Sir,
i want to inform you that I Mr. Ram Suresh Singh not getting my correct Electricity Bill according to meter reading MAY 2010. My Consumer id is BMP 1854, New Dillian DEhri-on-sone.
So many times this complaint has been forwarded to Executive Engineer of electricity board Dehri-on-sone dist- Rohtas. But no action has been taken from other side.Hence i m not able to understand how much bill is to be be paid? I have send an application through RTI act to Executive Engineer, Dehri-on-sone in July in spite of this he didn't reply me. Meena devi who is the employee of this department asked for bribe of Rs. 500 for correction of the bill.

Plz let me know what should i do now.

most humbly and respectfully I beg to say that I am archana kumari of house no 108 sri Krishna nagar road no 6 I want to say that my meter had not be installed of 6 kw load extended on 19 febuarary, 2013 from security deposit from 2 kw to 6 kwbut the bill had been published of 6kw I want that please correct my bill my id no is 448896 and my division is new capital

Bihar State Electricity Board — REPLACEMENT OF BURNT TRANSFORMER

Sir one in no 25 KVA transformer which is used for supplying electricity in village Bangara under Gopalpur Panchyat is defective/Burn since last 7 Months and replacement /repair of same is awaited till now.Authority is not taking any action plz resolve this problem.
Respected Sir,

I lodged my complaint for correction of wrong meter reading mentioned in the bill for Dec 2012.

But it is regretted to mention that my grievance has not yet been redressed.

I am attaching the bill which has wrong meter reading and I am also attaching a photo of current meter reading taken today, i.e., 6th June 2013.

Please also find the attached scanned copy of my application submitted in the month of January 2013 for your kind reference.

In view of above, it is again requested to please look into the matter and take the necessary action accordingly for correction in the bill.

BSEB — Horrible condition of electricity

Sir,
We are under Sitamarhi region of BSEB.The condition of electricity in our village is worst.We are paying the electricy bill time to time but getting average power supply less than 2 hours within 24 hour.In this summer season we are facing lot many difficulties.

Please refer the bill no. 78935593 which shows the arrear amount as Rs. 3916.06 and the current bill amount for June 13 is Rs. 1, 187.83 and total amount due is Rs. 3916.06 + Rs. 1187.83 = Rs. 5103.89, and at the same time it is showing the amount paid is Rs. 3920 vide receipt number ON[protected].
Hence please correct the bill and regenerate the correct bill of Rs. 1187.83.

I, Jagdish Pathak, account no. LSR/10124/SDG/DS2/1522, a consumer related with Darbhanga Urban Division, request you to look into the wrong table reading and bill prepared on that basis.Bill for month 6/13 having bill date 10/07/13 shows Past reading date 30/03/13 and reading 20200 Units and
Present reading date 29/06/13 and reading 20251 units.How a false table reading is this for a 3 KW load ? In 3 month period only 51 unit energy is consumed? Reality is that present meter reading on 3rd August is 20782 units.
Now if rest energy bill will be sent in coming month then high rate energy bill I shall have to pay. Which will be injustice for me.
So, please inquire into the matter and direct the concerning officer to send next energy bill on the basis of past reading 20200 units and date 30/03/13 and on the basis of current meter reading taken actually, such that energy charge may be distributed over the total period.Though, I am a conscious consumer, deposited energy bill.I hope, such wrong meter reading will not be deposited again.

I have paid my bill through Internet banking(Transaction id MSPD[protected]) of November, 2013amount of Rs1405.00on 05.01.2014 my account ID is MU58548 in the name of Anjani Kumari residing at Damu chak Road Muzaffarpur
Again in the month of january bill the same amount of Rs.1705 is showing arrear . This type of mistake is very trouble some for me to contact your office an make it corrected.

You are therefore requested to kindly improve your services and billing system so that unnecessary harassment to customer may be checked. Pl correct my bill amount in the billing dated 02.02.2014 so that we may pay my dues immediately without fine.

मै सुधीर कुमार झा आपके झंझारपुर सब-डिवीज़न के पचही ग्राम का उपभोक्ता हूँ। मेरा अकाउंट नंबर . PCH 1162 और उपभोक्ता संख्या JJP17807 है। मार्च 2012 से मेरे यहाँ आपका मीटर लगा हुआ है। बिगत 29 महीना में इसमे 950 यूनिट बिजली खपत हुआ है।
मेरे द्वारा हर माह 180 से 200 तक का बिल का भुगतान किया गया है। मै उदाहरण के लिए जुलाई 2014 का बिल संलग्न कर रहा हूँ इसमे UNITS BILLED तो 213 यूनिट है परन्तु प्रेजेंट रीडिंग 878 और पास्ट रीडिंग 878 है । इसी प्रकार उपभोका से 40 यूनिट का पैसा लेने के बाद भी बिल पर मीटर रीडिंग जरबत ( स्थिर ) रहा। जब 213 यूनिट का बिल बना है तो मीटर रीडिंग भी बढ़ेगा ही।
अतः आप से निबेदन है कि जब से मीटर लगा है तब से गणना करके संसोधित बिल भुगतान के लिए दी जाय।

Hello,

Electricity bill not according to meter reading and it's overcharge. Excess billing by electricity board.
I am belongs from ward no 15 Mohania in Kaimure dist. I have raised a complaint so many time for excess billing from JE of mohania but they are not taking any action. I have disconnected my electricity 1 month back but still getting huge electricity bill.

Not sure how the electricity dept is working over there. Most of time no-body is available and every body is asking some kind of money as pert of corruption from Mohania electricity office. it's the most corrupted dept at mohania

Now I am planning to pull them in consumer forms.
