[Resolved]  Bihar State Electricity Board — Bill correction

Hello,

Electricity bill not according to meter reading and it's overcharge. Excess billing by electricity board.
I am belongs from ward no 15 Mohania in Kaimure dist. I have raised a complaint so many time for excess billing from JE of mohania but they are not taking any action. I have disconnected my electricity 1 month back but still getting huge electricity bill.

Not sure how the electricity dept is working over there. Most of time no-body is available and every body is asking some kind of money as pert of corruption from Mohania electricity office. it's the most corrupted dept at mohania

Now I am planning to pull them in consumer forms.

This is to inform you that I bibiarjutasmama account no[protected] Have been receiving very high electricity bill.for domestic use since February, 2016 to till date.
This suddenly increase in electricity bill is due to the wrong meter reading with meter no, 0096439
Taken by the meter reader.
I want to point out some fact as following
1. The meter reader technician who come to our home for getting meter reading had not given manual.bill on spot and he scrapod the bill which came out his small hand machine.
In front of me and said to me that your meter is faulty

2. After few days I receved the electricity bill for the month of feb, 2016 is rs -43769
Then I immedatly go to the jamuidivison office to know how it is possible such
High electricity bill in one month.although my average bill is around every month ruppes of
300 to 400, because my house is under construction and no any person live in this house
For some days our family stay there, actually electric consumption too low
3. My meter reading month wise as follows

From above all it is clear that meter reading from feb 2016 bill increase suddenly very high
And frommarch, april, may, jun 2016 meter reading decrease
Hence it indicate that meter is faulty
4. As per details electricity bill for month may, 2016
Present meter reading is 10027 unit
Past meter reading is 10027 unit
Unit consumption is zero
But unit billed is rs-4760 from above fact and figure it appears
5. Until abnormal reading was observed by meter reader technician of electricity department
6. So due to this if very high billing has been done then how I can paid, such as false bill.I hope you will take action as soon as fast.
