Billdesk - Recharge not possible but my amount cut from account

I have used billdesk to recharge aircel mobile but it is not happening although the money (220) was cut from my debit card. i am very sorry for such a poor service and poor response,even i cant track my order to my level best. her is the message they sent
Your request to recharge 202 INR cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is KOR11121112261100453.

i want recharge or money back....

i have done aircel recharge of rs 30 on 26/6/2012 @1:20 pm. the recharge was not successful but my account balance got deducted so i kindly request you to refund the money or do the recharge. my no. is 8083691555.

I have recharged the amount of 68 for my mobile(aircel) using the bill desk, But in the end of my transaction i am getting the below error. The amount is detected from my account(HDFC).

Reason: Sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at pgsupport@billdesk.com for any queries.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE.

Kindly recharge or give the money back.

I have recharged the amount of 150 for my mobile(TATA DOCOMO) using the bill desk, But in the end of my transaction i am getting the below error. The amount is detected from my account(HDFC).

FOR THIS POOR SERVICE I AM REALLY UPSET

kindly recharge or give the money back.

I have recharged the amount of 250 for my mobile(Vodafone) using the bill desk, But in the end of my transaction i am getting the below error. The amount is detected from my account-Karnataka bank.

FOR THIS POOR SERVICE I AM REALLY UPSET

kindly recharge or give the money back.please do the needful.

I charged Rs. 299/- on 07.09.2012 at 21.25 hrs to voda phone mobile 7838658717 but amount not charged but my credit card account debited. Kindly refund to the same credit card. I donot understand why and how it happened.

sir mai netbankig se airtelmoney mai balance trasnfer kar rha tha mere paise kat gye lakin airtalmoney nhi gya.
