[Resolved]  Billdesk — Recharge not possible but my amount cut from account

I have used billdesk to recharge aircel mobile but it is not happening although the money (220) was cut from my debit card. i am very sorry for such a poor service and poor response,even i cant track my order to my level best. her is the message they sent
Your request to recharge 202 INR cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is KOR[protected].

i want recharge or money back....

i have done aircel recharge of rs 30 on 26/6/2012 @1:20 pm. the recharge was not successful but my account balance got deducted so i kindly request you to refund the money or do the recharge. my no. is [protected].

I charged Rs. 299/- on 07.09.2012 at 21.25 hrs to voda phone mobile [protected] but amount not charged but my credit card account debited. Kindly refund to the same credit card. I donot understand why and how it happened.
