[Resolved]  Billdesk — Unable to track my transaction after 10 days

Respected Sir/Madam,
This mail is in reference to my transaction Ref Number-MSBI[protected]IG26267695 of amount Rs 11,004.00 on 6th of August to Kingfisher Airlines through SBI Net Banking (Account No -[protected]).
Till date (16 th August 2010) neither I have received the tickets nor my refund back into my SBI account.
I have send several emails regarding this problem to BillDesk PGI support and Kingfisher ([protected]@flykingfisher.com), but there has been no action taken.
I will be highly obliged if you kindly help me out in this regard.

I am Mohit Patidar ..I filled the form of Gate2011 (IIT Madras) and make Payment throgh BillDesk by netbanking o[censored]nion Bank ...nither I got registered or My Payment status say you have not made any online Payment..But R.S. 830 was deducted from my account...Please you solve my problem as soon as Possible.

I paid my icici credit card bill worth of 70000/- using bill desk 5 days back and now no one knows where is my money. I suggest, do not use billdesk any more for your transaction.
