With due respect and humble submission.I lay down few words for your kind consideration.
Sir,I recharged through Aircel website on 14/04/2012,with transaction number MP[protected].
Sir,regarding this transaction when I tried to enquire about my transaction but not recieved any reponse so far.
Sir,when I called in billdesk office they talked with me very roughly.

Therefore,I want to register complaint against billdesk to get appropriate response on this serious misconduct.
Early action is requested.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is Usha Sethi. On 20th August 2012 I tried making a payment for dolphin bill of INR350 using 'billalert.mtnl.in" website A/c no.[protected] using my visa debit card, which was unsuccessful and eventually got through in 2nd attempt. My bank entry shows 2 amounts being debited of same amount INR350 on same date. On inquiring with bank, I was advised to check with service provider but they have received only one payment. The 2 transaction IDs were[protected] and[protected]. We already have communicated with Visabillpay and Billdesk and were advised to contact bank. I also submitted 2 applications with the bank since then but they've provided with two ARN's. The ARN numbers are 74678722233070417590624 and 7467872233070417590632. I contacted Dolphin as well, even they are denying any payment receipt. I've been chasing this with visabillpay/ bill desk/ syndicate bank/ MTNL(dolphin) since October but no one could come up with an answer, where my payment has gone!
Your assistance in this matter would be highly appreciated.

Sir, I was trying to make a transaction from my fathers SBI debit card.to make an online payment for OJEE entrance exam of rs 550..but it was not done some erroe occured while processing.So i didn't get the trasaction no, but the amount was deducted from my fathers account.

i want my transaction id or my money back.

I am really very dissapointed by the inconvience.

i tried to make payment for symbiosis law school, pune but transaction was not successful as it was shown on the page but the amount of rs.1000 is debited from the account of SBI it was advised to contact to this site .it is very important to deposit the sum to the law college please do suggest what to do urgently ...

I made transaction towards vodafone online recharge for rupees 200 through ICICI debit card on
24 march. 2013 7.50 pm, I received this error from Billdesk " Sorry we are unable to process your request."

The amount of Rs. 200/- has been deducted from the bank. Kindly make necessary arrangement.
there is know option how is revert balance and i have know receive any mail for trabsaction fail

on 24 march. 2013 7.50 pm, I received this error from Billdesk " Sorry we are unable to process your request." and payment had been deducted on my a/c

The amount of Rs. 200rs- has been deducted from the bank. Kindly make necessary arrangement.

I made transaction towards Airtel Money Online Cash Load for rupees 50 through Canara Bank via Debit Card on 26 March 2013, 12.25 pm, I Recevied this error from Billdesk " Sorry we are unable to process your request."

But the Amount of Rs.50/- has been deducted from the Bank A/C. Kindly make urgent Action in this matter.

i have paid 260 rupiees for domminos but the transcation was unsuccesee ...i didnot got the money return for four days...mty transcation to [protected]...
