With due respect and humble submission.I lay down few words for your kind consideration.
Sir,I recharged through Aircel website on 14/04/2012,with transaction number MP[protected].
Sir,regarding this transaction when I tried to enquire about my transaction but not recieved any reponse so far.
Sir,when I called in billdesk office they talked with me very roughly.

Therefore,I want to register complaint against billdesk to get appropriate response on this serious misconduct.
Early action is requested.

sir I made payment 300/- on dt-12/08/2013 with transaction ID-2747918 at 8.06 pm from Ludhiana (punjab).I did not get any information till now about this payment on my [protected]@yahoo.com pls do the needful.

My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". I did reservation for Ultra Delux bus from Trichy to Vellore for 14.09.13 throuh online in Kanyakumari to Vellore bus on 12.09.13. Reservation process was over and money was also deducted. But, ticket was not made and I checked the booking history. There also, not showing any current reservation detail. Today is my journey day. Till now, neither money is credited back nor the amount is refunded.

I filled form through IBPS website on 12/12/2013, and i pay fees Rs. 606/- through SBI Card with transaction number[protected].
Regarding this transaction I follow the instruction and i pay Fees according to instruction after sometime i got error page and i got sms from SBI bank that Rs.606./- was deducted.

I was paying the fee of ICAR AIEEA-UG-2014 exam on[protected] through billdesk gateway, after paying the fee, due to some technical error it asked for the payment again. But i deducted the amount twice. Kindly help me regarding this issue. Thank You.
