I was a passenger of BG 092 flight, coming from Kolkata to Dhaka on 4th June 2011 at 9.30am. I lost my main bag which contains some valuable items including watch, Mobile Phone, Camera, jewelery, new cloths, shoe, some stationary products and so on. It is really a great trouble for the traveler who wants a peaceful journey and pay a lot to buy the flight ticket. I really very disappoint with the worst service I got from the main airlines of my country.
I already complained to Biman Bangladesh Airlines but didn't get any positive reply so far. It is their responsibility to find my bag with all my items but within this 4 days I haven't got any positive answer which is very disappointing.
After all this trouble, I would like to complain against Biman Bangladesh Airlines fro their worst service.
