[Resolved]  Bindal Agro Chem Ltd — Conversion of Debentures

Hi,

I am Debenture holder with folio no.[protected] Deb) and[protected] Deb) for Bindal agro chemicals ltd. issued on 31st Dec 1991. I have not received any shares on conversion of this and physical certificates are lying with me. I would like to know when it has been converted and why I have still not received shares.

I would highly appreciate if someone look into this matter and inform immediately.
