It seems that instiyute should not this much time to refund. May be due to some penalties against you there is not such amount is left with institute that they can refund it.

I am too facing the same problem of not getting our security money back.
We do not have any dues pending and nor the institute is short of money(Its a highly reputed Institute in Bhimtal).
We want a so called reason as to why our money was not refunded to us.Inspite of so much notices.

I came to know about this site that it is very helpful for the consumer. We are very hope full that we will get a positive reply and an action would be taken against the institute for not refunding any security amount of me and few of my batch mates also. We want an explanation as to why our security is not refunded. We have waited for more than 3 years. No dues are there as per our knowledge.
We want the consumer court to inquire in this matter and send a notice to the institute to get a solution.
