[Resolved]  Birla Sun Life — Not to give same day NAV or giving less amount by Birla Sun Life

Address:Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

I have surrender my policy having policy number[protected] and[protected] on 30 Oct 2012 at 2:00 PM. At that time when i ask to customer care and also from branch my fund value was 49402 and 97690 but i received amount 48882 and 96503.58 respectively.

I already submit complain below are the details:

Kindly find attached docs having confirmation from theirside that I surrendered my policy on 30 Oct 2012 at 2:00 PM which is before 3:00 PM. So they have to give the same day NAV but they are not giving remaining amount.
