[Resolved]  BlackBerry 8520 — Networking Problem/Faulty phone

I bought a Blackberry at a Edgars store +-14 days ago, the 7 day window period passed and the phone is giving problems and the store wouldnt change it!!!! I do not have network from 5pm to 5am, cannot receive or send emails, downloads are impossible and MTN and Edgars wants to send a BRAND NEW phone for repairs :WHAT'S TO REPAIR ON A BRAND NEW PHONE"????? DISGUSTING SERVICES FROM THE STORES AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME A CONTACT AT BLACKBERRY, BECAUSE ONE OF THE MANAGERS ADMITTED THAT THE 8520 BLACKBERRY'S ARE PROBLEM PHONE AND DOESNT SEEM TO HAVE NETWORK MOST OF THE TIME, I bought the phone because it is so popular and so in demand, I also wanted experience BLACKBERRY and feel good and getting with the times "BLACKBERRY" which is a total waste of time currently not having the benefit of the phone!!!!! I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE INSTORE SERVICE AND MANAGERS NOT BEING ABLE TO MAKE A DECISION TO REPLACE MY PHONE AND OR REFUND ME, WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT AND WHAT THEY DONT UNDERSTAND IS: I DIDNT SIGN NO CONTRACT BUT BOUGHT THE PHONE ON MY ACCOUNT AND PAID IT OF IN TWO WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PATHETIC THAT THEY KNEW THESE PHONES ARE PROBLEMATIC AND THE SALES PERSON DIDNT TAKE THE TIME TO SETUP THE PHONE NOR EXPLAIN ANYTHING AND I AM A FIRST TIME OWNER, I HAD TO TAKE IT TO A MTN STORE WHICH DIDNT HELP MUCH EITHER!!!!
I AM PISSED OFF BY THE PHONE AND THE STORE MANAGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [protected]
