[Resolved]  Blackberry — Handset not working

I had brought a Blackberry Curve 9300 Phone on 25th July 2011 from Papilon Digitek, Thane, Maharashtra Tax Invoice No. 11296.

From the 18-19th day the blackberry device has started to get automatically shut down. It may go in for a Nap when some one calls, or when u are typing a message or when it is in idle condition....

And then we have to take out the battery and refit the same only after that it restarts.

I have been through the site of Blackberry to find the details of the technical guys to whom to speak but they have no phone lines.

Then I wanted to send a mail to Blackberry support team!!!!!!!!! But No Mail id.
Great to see that the world famous internet company does not have mail........

Now whom do we contact.... for our problem..... or do we just forget that we invested Rs. 15000 for an item which will shut down when it wants to take a nap.........

Hope there are people who have the same problem.......

on 29 june 2014, i had purchased blackberry mobile handset z10.From day 1 1 am facing restart problem, battery drainage & shut down on 50% battery.I had wrote so many time to brand helpline, but all in vain.pls help
