[Resolved]  Blackberry — Service Centre

I have a airtel blackberry set 8310. The display of the same is not working. I asked the customer service on [protected] that this is the problem on 1st oct 2008 at 8:00p.m.. So the prompt reply was please take it to customer care. i was given 2 addresses of Authorized Customer care centres in Delhi - one in South ex and one in NOIDA. Since I live in Patparganj, Airtel Blackberry Centre, Shop no. 225, Shoprix Mall, Sector-61, NOIDA, was nearer. I was told a time of 10am-6pm as working hrs. I reached the centre at 10.25 AM on 3rd Oct 2008. There was no one at blackberry complaint desk. The Airtel people say the concerned people will come at 11. I reconfirm after 20 minutes, they say Mr. Shiraz at Airtel Blackberry Centre was on leave and someone else would come at 11.25. At 11.25 on inquiring that no one has come, they say Blackberry dept is on not working till Monday i.e 6th Oct 2008, after, e waiting for 1 hour. Still no one at the desk. I had called customer care at 10:35 to complain that no one was at thed esk, they refuse to take a complaint and have no clue as to who would be the responsible person to reply. they say, its the service centre people only. Net of net, after a 1 hr to and fro drive and 1 hr of waiting, my net result is zero with no one to complain to. This is blackberry service? Where do the consumers go? what can they do? Airtel is cash rich on base of its customers- customers who can do nothing about their plight and there is no central body to take up their issues. This is INDIA

I purchased the blackberry mobile model no 8520 curve on 17/12/2010. bill copy attached .Its working very good but I am facing problem with hansfree.So I purchased the handsfree from nearest store. but in little days some problem create in the same, so i went to nearest blackberry service station ( Bell n tell tele services ASP CODE: BPASPMH006 ).They registered my complaint for the same and told me your handsfree deliver to you through Currier within 1 week. But i till not get it. for follow up purpose i called to blackberry customer care on 21/12/2011 they told me its will take more 8 days to happened. So it is request to you please do the need full and dispatched the same as soon as possible. job details given below.

Blackberry — Internal Display gone with a call

I have Blackberry Curve - 8520 which I had bought on 26th July 2010 from Mobile store with warranty of 18 months +. While making a call I found that the internal display started showing some vertical lines and slowly the whole screen got faded. I visited your service center at Chandigarh to get the same changed but they refused to do the same under warranty and asked me to pay Rs 5900/- to get the same done. Service center manager told me that it does not matter "how the screen is gone" what matters is the policy of the company which will term it as damaged. I am not able to understand the fact that the mobile is not damaged from any place. The internal display has gone while pressing the call button, then how it can be termed as damaged? Calling up your helpline means waiting for the Customer care executive and then he will put you on a long hold which will get disconnected from your end. Visiting your service center is really a pain and the amount of mental stress that was given to me was very high. Please do the needful ASAP so I can start using the service. No actionable from your end would mean "that you do not want me to use blackberry" and move to another company.

Blackberry — Not satisfied with servicing

I have Blackberry 9300 i had purchased two months back in which scroll is not working,camera is showing error,and low audible voice.i had visitied authorized service centre varad electronics in vashi. they had replaced my cell after 20 days, but still giving same problem.

I had given my device to the Coimbatore service center and was told the device would be replaced within 8 days and I would get a new device.

Its been over 3 weeks am not getting any proper response from the service center. They are not giving any proper status update on my device.

This is causing problem in my daily business mails as I was totally dependent on my blackberry for my business.

I also spoke to the regional service head but dint get proper response from Gandhi, Selvaraj coimbatore

Please do the needful in this matter ASAP.

I am so disappointed I gave my blackberry handset 8520 to Lajpat Nagar service center on 24th Jan 2012 and complain no is 24017.
As per their commitment and the complaint letter i got on that it was clearly mention that i will get my phone after a week but its more then 10 days i didn't received my phone and i called up numerous time to the service center which is located in Lajpat nagar B 32 but no one is responding to calls i dont know why its happening I been to service center today and met with Mr. MD NASEEM and Rohit bali they both were so pathetic they ignore my queries and didn't respond me at all I want to have my phone back asap.
It was the minor fault in speaker and jack and unnecessarily they are lingering the things.
I WANT TO HAVE MY PHONE BACK ASAP

At last, I decided to register my complain with you and putting it on mail.
Now my humble request to you is that please help me out and provide me another fresh handset of same model asap or pay back my amount as I will not accept the same handset even if it is been repaired. When I have paid you the amount I cant wait for even a day now.
Therefore, I request you to please seriously treat this mail as urgent or I can go up to any level/extent to resolve my problem.

Blackberry — problem in speaker

Hello i have a blackberry storm 9530 , I bought from NAAPTOL Online.Order ID 2884536 on dated 25/11/2011.
