[Resolved]  Blackberry — Service Centre

I have a airtel blackberry set 8310. The display of the same is not working. I asked the customer service on [protected] that this is the problem on 1st oct 2008 at 8:00p.m.. So the prompt reply was please take it to customer care. i was given 2 addresses of Authorized Customer care centres in Delhi - one in South ex and one in NOIDA. Since I live in Patparganj, Airtel Blackberry Centre, Shop no. 225, Shoprix Mall, Sector-61, NOIDA, was nearer. I was told a time of 10am-6pm as working hrs. I reached the centre at 10.25 AM on 3rd Oct 2008. There was no one at blackberry complaint desk. The Airtel people say the concerned people will come at 11. I reconfirm after 20 minutes, they say Mr. Shiraz at Airtel Blackberry Centre was on leave and someone else would come at 11.25. At 11.25 on inquiring that no one has come, they say Blackberry dept is on not working till Monday i.e 6th Oct 2008, after, e waiting for 1 hour. Still no one at the desk. I had called customer care at 10:35 to complain that no one was at thed esk, they refuse to take a complaint and have no clue as to who would be the responsible person to reply. they say, its the service centre people only. Net of net, after a 1 hr to and fro drive and 1 hr of waiting, my net result is zero with no one to complain to. This is blackberry service? Where do the consumers go? what can they do? Airtel is cash rich on base of its customers- customers who can do nothing about their plight and there is no central body to take up their issues. This is INDIA

I still have a blackberry.I bragged about my blackberry. I'm not a big computer fan so rarely used Internet. I liked how easy it was to text on my blackberry bold compared to an I phone & better service. Recently I wanted to down load some games. My blackberry wouldn't let me. I call my service provider who proceeded in telling me that when u guys came out with the 10's u basically out dated my phone to download off the Internet. This does not impress me at all. You come out with new and disable old.my phone is not even 2 years old and out dated. No wonder your shares are dropping. Seeing how you turn your back on existing customers, shows me that there is no loyalty with you guys and I guess I phone is the phone to get like everybody tells me.

Blackberry — corroding away of leather in the sides

my blackberry phone's side buttons are torn of and the inside things could be seen..its not much time since we have bought this phone.i am not able to operate the side buttons now.so booting it up has become a problem.not able to repair it in any service stations..
At the outset, I really don't know whether making a complaint out here will yield any result or not as most of the complaint portals are good for nothing.

I did a mistake of buying blackberry phone and secondly approaching horrible service centre at Janakpuri District Centre where staff is rude, no basic courtesy to deal with the customer and having attitude towards customer grievance. The girls are pathetic. They were misguiding the customers by giving wrong numbers of their seniors. I have given my blackberry phone model number 9650 on 19.04.2014 for service.. I was told that I will either receive a call from BB for estimate or problems or receive a mail confirming me the status but I got more surprised when nothing of such kind happened till writing of this mail. I got a big jolt when I approached their service again on 20.5.2014 and the same uncivilised girls were sitting at the counter and told me that your set has not been processed if you wish you can take it back. Both these girls so carelessly replied and laughing at me as if I committed a mistake of buying and bring the set for servicing to their service centre. Having spent a huge amount such a brand is a wrong decision. BLACKBERRY SHOULD STOP SELLING MOBILES IF THEY CANT CATER AFTER SALES SERVICES AND ALSO CANT DEPUTE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE at their Sales and Service outlets. Will anyone in blackberry take some pain to look into the matter and replying back to me...

Had to collect a replacement blackberry phone 9220 for 4keys not working...

Just feel the pinch, inspite the phone being under warranty had to pay a price of Rs. 3000.

Despite of being a customer care service Center, feel BB have a gap in the services.

It being my silly mistake to write the in-correct information on the form provided that the phone was not under warranty when submitting the phone for repair at service desk at Thane (India).
Later, after checking with the bill came to know that it still remained under warranty of 18mnths as opposed to my thinking it to be a year. But as per policy of the front desk - company does not allow any flexibility in listening to the customer, even though the customer have a bill as proof with them. Once database is locked its locked, even if other details can be edited and changed.

Not happy with the services due to its non-flexibility on the customers part.

Add. G-2, Krishna court, 40 nutan bharat soc., alkapuri Vadodara) on 5-5-2014. Today around 2 month completed but still I have not received my phone or not given any response from your service center . I had also try to contact to your above mansion service center but they are not properly responding to me. Really this type of bad service I have never seen in my life.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I brought a new blackberry Z3 and it battery is already bulged with in a month of purchase.
When I went to the customer care they said, since it's brought from U A E they won't do the services and I gotta take it to the local dealers to change it with cash from my side as the international warranty doesn't apply over the area o[censored].A.E.
I been a user if blackberry from last 6years and this is the type of response I get. Too bad to know and how can I get the battery changed or else I will surely switch to iPhoneiPhone.
I have bought my phone blackberry Z3 in August 2014 from that day only
my wifi is not working properly all of a sudden it stops searching
available netwrok including saved networks and do no connect to wifi.
Not only this my phone does not connect to my office wifi. I have given
my phone to service center 3 time in last 4 months for the same reason
by showing them the problem, 1 time they kept my phone for 11 days and
remaining 2 times they returned me back my set saying that they did not
find any problem. i am still facing the same probelm. what should i do
of this useless handset. please help.

i have purchaged a blackberry Q5 in October 2014. i it was touch screen problem . touch was not working been to your partner touch(Hcl ) and its third times issue is the same. and the best part is your partner touch has told to wait for 30 minutes and they said you have to pay 275 as device opening charge, it was socking i dont trust your partner . i thought its good brand but after this exp i thing that was my mistake and wrong trust on black berry.
i need to work on my case or i will have to publish it on all social sites. i am working in multi national company so i will also send to across global and i will make my all mamber aware about it so they will not face the same problem what i faced.
i wanted to let to know so you can be aware about this because of few people and your partner touch's you are loosing trust of customers.
