Poor Quality & Worst Customer service...No value for customers

This is the mail that i have sent to official ID of Blackberry.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring in your notice that I am regular purchaser of blackberry clothes from last many years, but it seems that there is much more demand for your brand now a days and therefore you and you guys do not value the customer’s. I don’t expect that your guys should follow me every time, but my only expectation is that the complain of a customer should be entertained. Either the complains get resolves or not .

Above all story started dated 13th June 2012, when I bought a shirt from your exclusive blackberry store – Aurangabad. I bought a shirt for Rs.1700/- from your store which I wear for a single day and in single wash the shirt was in bad condition. Taking this complain I visited your nearest store and dropped my shirt in the store and your exe told that he will updated in few days, but as expected no one reverted. Finally I only, like a needy customer visited store and enquired about the replacement of my shirt, But the store manager clearly said that it cannot be replaced as it’s not the quality fault and it’s my fault. I don’t understand if I buy a street shirt also which would cost me around Rs.200/300 does not turns to be faulty and your brand names itself says that you are offering the quality product but this experience has made my views to be changed. Mr. Shabbir Mohammed – Claimed to be the regional manger did not entertained me and were behind the new customer’s in the showroom. Would like to say that if existing customer are not satisfied what service will you give to your new acquisition.

Would like to urge you all for the replacement of my shirt, else I am going to file a case in Court/Consumer forum and will give this mails to all the leading newspapers of Maharashtra and the new channels. Do not think that by mentioning the names of media I am trying to threaten you all for take the replacement of my product , but it’s my right that I m trying to demand. All the relevant details are mentioned below.

I bought a trouser for Rs.1800/- from Mumbai Phoneix store which I wear for a single day and in single wash the trouser was in bad condition. Taking this complain I visited the store and dropped my trouser in the store and your exe told that he will updated in few days, but as expected no one reverted. Finally I only, like a needy customer visited store and enquired about the replacement of my trouser, the salesperson were laughing on me and one salesperson(muslim) said that we have no any cotton trouser. All were sold, I spend more than one hour in a shop, one salesperson(one hand paralize) was only entertain me and shown the cotton trousers, finally I bought one, with the set of mind I will never buy and never suggest to anyone to buy the clothes from the Blackberrys.

Dear All,
I purchased a cotton sports shirt in the month of January.cost of shirt was 1800/-
I wore it for just 3-4 times.
I was surprised to see that in 3-4 wash shirt shrunk by 3 inches.
finally when i went to south ex part ii show room to lounge complaint, they said this shall go to head office for replacement but after10days i got a call from these people that it cant be replaced with no reason.
i said i shall sue in consumer forum but they didnt responded .I said them to give me in writtn but these people denied.
i think no body shud ever enter in the blackberry store who use worst fabric and then does not respect or respond to customer.

I bought a shirt for Rs.1800/- from your store which I wear for a Three -four day and in 3-4 wash the shirt was in bad condition and shrunk. Taking this complain I visited your nearest store and dropped my shirt in the store and your exe told that he will updated in few days, but as expected no one reverted. Finally I only, like a needy customer visited store and enquired about the replacement of my shirt, But the store manager clearly said that it cannot be replaced as it’s not the quality fault and it’s my fault.
